The caves and castle are not to be missed. Having the driver, who was excellent, made accessing these attractions so easy.

The Postojna Cave was amazing and the Predjama Castle was unique. Definitely worth visiting. What disappointing was the service. It was a private tour advertised to include a tour guide, what we got was a driver that did not give any information besides meeting time when we were dropped off at the sites. He didnt bother to introduce himself. He did not accompany us in the site as a guided tour would be doing (the cave has their own guides but would be nice to have a guide foe the castle). He was listening to the radio of local language, which we didnt unserstand, during the drive and did not say a word or introduce the places or gave any local information. Would not recommend this company, Palma Travel DMC.

Thank you for your review and the feedback, which is very much appreciated. We are sorry you were disappointed with your part of the tour. The tour indeed includes a private transfer from/to Postojna and then the guide on spot/in the cave only. Due to low season no guide was provided in the castle, instead of this you were given the option of choosing audio-guides instead. Again, sorry for the bad experience and hopefully you had a great time in Slovenia!

Hicimos esta excursión en abril pasado y fue espectacular, las cuevas son una maravilla de la naturaleza que deslumbra, el castillo es una hermosura. El traslado y la atención de la guía que nos llevó (lástima que no recuerdo el nombre) fue inmejorable, amable y muy cuidadosa de su trabajo. Totalmente recomendable.
