I’m truly devastated to hear that you feel ‘ripped off’ by our service. Please let me explain:
The 24-hour tour cancellation period is an essential part of our service. Once this point has been passed, steps are set in motion to provide you with the best possible tour-experience. These steps do not only include our commitment, but also a fair amount of expenses.
You were so kind to cancel your tour four hours before the pickup time. At this point your guide was already on her way into the city and needed to be paid. We have tried several times to explain the circumstances to you, but I can see that unfortunately we have not been successful. Again, we are truly sorry for the unfortunate outcome.
