Horror tour

The attitude and discourtesy of the driver were mind blowing. I have been traveling for 50 years and have never seen anything like this. Tour was supposed to take Eight hours but went on to 11 door to door with last two hours in complete darkness. The driver engaged some of the clients in non-stop conversation about movies with no respect for other clients or spending time to explain things about venues. The discussion with the same group moved on to eating cockroaches at one point! I was last to be dropped at my hotel so I made the point to the driver that this part of my 31-day trip in the US was the worst. He started insulting me with expletives and telling me go back to Iceland- although I told him I am Scottish and lived in Switzerland. He finished off by telling me not to come back to the US. Wonderful Dave.

I have read and re-read your comments and am bewildered with how they compare to other reviews of the same tour with the same driver. Three 5 star reviews and one 1 star (yours). I solicited input from the driver and, of course, got incite from a significant very different perspective. In spite of every effort, sometimes it is difficult to penetrate personality differences. Your references to "attitude", discourtesy", "expletives", "insults", "lack of respect" are very concerning to me and will not be tolerated from our staff. Before confronting the driver, I solicited input from others on the same tour. They were totally different and supportive of the driver/guide and the tour in general. With that, I can only say I am truly sorry our tour was so unpleasant for you. Hopefully the remainder of your 31-day visit to the U.S. was more to your liking.

All parts of the tour were good. Loved the stars on walk of fame, Griffith observatory and Venice. The tour guide was very nice and accommodating.
