Skip the line was worth it! We went on a really busy day and were able to walk on to almost all of the rides. This enabled us to cover all the rides in the park plus shows in one day.

Much quicker way to get through the park

Much faster way to get on the rides. Some rides were showing 70 minute wait times, however the express line allows you to zip through in 10 minutes or so. The park gets super busy, so I would recommend this to anyone who can't stand for long periods of time, or is time limited in their visit.

I accidentally booked tickets through the Viator website for Universal Hollywood instead of Orlando (during the payment process there was no further mention of the location). Directly after payment I realized my mistake and called the customer service. They said because of the cancellation policy there was nothing they could do, even though the transaction had happened only a few minutes ago. I understand cancellation policies, but in this case there was no way for us to use the tickets since we were in a completely different state. Changes to the names or dates on the tickets were also not possible. Basically we just spent 600$ on something we can’t use or sell, with one single click. I truly don’t understand how there is no possible leeway in this case. We also contacted Universal since the Viator customer service told us that the local operator was the problem. They said that this was not the case and that they would refund such ticket mistakes if they were purchased through their own website. In my opinion, if simple mistakes like this can’t be corrected it is an intentional scam by Viator. In the end we are still trying to somehow get our money back and have wasted much of our valuable vacation time. The rest of the trip we made sure not to book anything through Viator (or trip advisor) and will make sure to do so in the future.

Had an emergency. We called to request a One day change(transfer) of tickets from Nov 8 to Nov 9 and received a reply via email- stating no cancellation policy… So I’m paying for the tickets-. Was unable to go.. Terrible service-. Would not recommend.

Tickets were not accepted or valid at Universal Studios and I was not provided a refund since I was unable to use the tickets that were bought.

Went to Universal for the very first time, thought it was going to be a wonderful experience until they closed over half the rides and several restaurants either closed early, or didn't even bother to open. The studio tour was good, but that is about as much fun as I had - definitely not worth the $380 + I had paid to go :(

Skip the queue and have more fun.

Universal never closes and tickets are not refundable so we went during the tropical storm. When we got there we took this ticket and upgraded to VIP for additional 200 each. I would recommend just doing that from the start. Even on a nice day!
