      Every part was Beautiful except I couldn't understand French. I mentioned some of us were English speaking and I would loved to have asked questions but was not able to. As it was constantly French.

      Thank you for you’re feed back , all of our pilots speak fluent English and we even have two British pilots that only speaks english , if you asked any questions to the pilot he can reply in English

      Take the early one in the morning, it is so much worth it😀 Beatiful sunrise over the Atlas Mountains, wauv. Lots of staff to help that every was perfect 🙏

      WOWWWW!! What an amazing and beautiful experience. Totally breathtaking and one in a million lifetime experience. Fully recommend it to everyone from beginning to end. Amazing staff and a delicious breakfast too was served. So don’t think it about it too much and go for it 👏🏻👌🏻🌟

      Punctual driver. Felt safe during the entire trip. Had a British captain, Adam if I remember correct - he was very warm and was good at answering questions. Stunning views of the nature. Got to see the sunrise twice because of different altitudes and all the other balloons in the area make the views amazing. Nice breakfast while they were setting up the second round of hot air ballooning - it’s fun to see how they prepare the balloon

      This is a must ! What a fantastic experience. The whole experience, was out of this world. So beautiful. Lovely staff and very well organised. Been up in the balloon and seeing the sunrise and the desert and mountains beneath you was fantastic. Treasured memories forever

      Prompt pick up from the hotel and arrived to coffees and fire pit area . There were several other mini buses that arrived over the next half hour. There were lots and lots of balloons in the local area all in the sky - from various other departure schools. Great experience watching them set up the balloons and it was efficiently ran. Would recommend warm clothes though as it can be chilly ! Our pilot was funny, informative and we were up the air for the best part of an hour - and we felt safe the whole time. Fantastic sunset view and of the Atlas Mountains- was a really smooth take off and landing as well - smooth ride and everyone in the balloon has great views. You were also able to take as many pictures as you liked. After landing we were collected from the landing field and driven back for a light breakfast. Coffees and water with eggs, pancakes, breads and fruit. Everyone got a certificate and we were driven back to the hotel by 8.30. So approx 4hours door to door. Great experience and well worth the money !!
