I had an amazing experience in the hot air balloon. I chose this particular trip as there was less people on the balloon. It felt not so crowded. The whole trip was extremely well done. Communication, and instruction were to meet were straight forward. I was sent a map to show me the pick up point. Everything was done perfectly. The breakfast was nice, had a chance to chat with the other people on the trip. Staff were professional and friendly. I felt like we were all in safe hands. It was without a doubt the best thing about my trip to Marrakech. Well done guys, thank you.

This is a must do trip if you are going to Marrakesh. The getting into the baskets for take off and the flight’s landing are both an experience in themselves! The balloon ride itself though is just an amazing experience. It may be an early start, but it’s totally worth it.

Was a very good and well set up organisation and experience. The guides were fantastic and we loved our time with them. It was cloudy during the day we went so unfortunately didn’t see too much. But our guides held off before taking us up to ensure our safety. Still an amazing experience however just a shame on the weather.

Excellent experience
Was contacted the day before by the local driver to book a time to meet (5.10am)
It was worth it to see the sun rising
Initially the sky was very misty and we were flying in the clouds, but then we rose above the clouds and saw the sun which was incredibly magical
The driver was nice, very professional and good at his job. The landing was smooth I hardly felt it!
Would highly recommend
The breakfast was mostly bread and dip, and traditional parata and honey which was nice.

Fantastic from start to finish. Driver contacted me the day before and confirmed pick up time from hotel. A short drive to the balloons. Our pilot Valentin was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and very funny. Flight experience took 1hr and the views were amazing with around 20 other balloons in the sky with us. A basic but tasty breakfast after landing. A memorable morning.

Fabulous trip from start to finish. Good communication from the outset. Perfect timing for collection from collection point. Clearly the process is well rehearsed and it works so well. Facilities for toilets and food work very well, all very clean and quite new facilities. The balloon ride was amazing. Clear instructions given and the team worked together to keep us all safe. Returned for very welcome Berber breakfast and a return drive back to the point of collection - back in time for hotel breakfast too😂. Fabulous memorable trip, thank you so much.
