Nice trip

The trip was as advertised. Not a huge fan of the lunch restaurant but I think it would have been too confusing to split the group up and I doubt there's anything better in the area, just the usual tourist traps, so I see why they took us there. The guide was very friendly and tried to make everyone happy in multiple languages. Driver was fine. The boat ride was the highlight of the trip, and definitely worth the small amount it cost. The drive to the fall was a bit longer than expected, but it went smoothly. I'd recommend it as a day trip for the price, which was fair.

terrible guide mustapha very pushy

the falls themselves were lovely but it was spoiled by our tour guide. the booking said it was to pick us up from hotel but our confirmation saiid to go to a particular address - we did this ata. cost of £30 extra and it was the wrong address -we managed to call the tour guide via our helpful taxi driver and was sent to another location. the bus guy said we would be fin to be dropped off at our hotel afterwards as we had paid for that. once there, we had a 40 min hot walk down to the falls, we were told we could get a boat across for 20 d, walk across the 20 second bridge or swim, we choose to walk as waiting for the boat took even longer. the guide tried to make us take the boat but we declined saying we had no money on us. we had 30 mins at the falls before our guide took us on a 45 min hot walk back up the mountains and led us into his mates restaurant to eat - we didn't want to eat there, but he said we had too. when he left so did we and went to another cheaper cafe next door - we had to wait 2 hours before we could get back to our shuttle where the guide demanded another 60 d for his tour. i explained it had said this was included in our ticket price and he went mad - he said we did not pay for a boat, we didn't eat at his choice of food and this was not good - all this was optional! obviously he got commision from his mates places- we would have happily tipped but not with his anger attitude and expectations. the driver took us back i showed him our hotel but he still took us the wrong way and asked for an extra 100d to take us to our hotel! i refused and he took us back eventually. Take screen shots of all details to back up any of your plans - i would not use this company again the tour guide was called mustapha - avoid! |

La cascata è molto bella, il resto cioè l organizzazione lascia molto a desiderare.cambio pulmino più di una volta,prelievo dall' hotel non rispettato,ritrovo con pulmini con nessuna scritta di riconoscimento ,tanta gente che aspetta tour diversi nello stesso posto,rilascio al ritorno del tour ad una distanza di almeno 800 metri dal posto del prelievo(cafè de France),ci chiedono di fare una buona recensione prima del rientro a marrakech,guida obbligatoria e non facoltativa(3 euro a persona

Très belle excursion. Super guide Hamid, parle très bien toutes les langues et aux petits soins. Seule grosse déception de l'excursion, le restaurant ! Attrape touriste, 12€ la formule complète obligatoire, assiette très très petite. Endroit vraiment superbe, rencontrebavrc les singes super chouette ! Par contre au cours de la balade, on nous propose d'acheter de la nourriture pour les singes, dommage que le guide ne nous attende pas.

Excursion a faire car magique. Cependant il faut savoir deux ou 3 choses afin de ne pas être surpris. Un guide montra dans le bus pour nous suivre dans la randonnée. Il demandera à chaques personnes un tips entre 3€ et 5€ par personnes. Le repas n est pas compris. C est entré 7€ et 12€. Cependant nous avons très bien mangé. La vue est exceptionnelle et moment sympa avec les singes pour les enfants
