Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was waiting for us with a sign right at the airport exit. He was very nice and accommodating. The car was spacious, air-conditioned, and comfortable. Driver spoke English as advertised. After a long day of travel, we felt like we were safe and in good hands. Would highly recommend!

Driver was very late arriving to pick us up and was clearly very unwell, Covid I suspect. Not ideal to be stuck in a taxi for 30 mins with someone with Covid on your first day of holiday!
