What To Expect

Book your chosen tour option and departure time. Taking the tour lets you visit Marrakech’s highlights with ease, and gives you the benefit of a guide’s commentary and recommendations if you upgrade to a guided tour.

When it’s time, meet your driver and guide (if option selected) at your Marrakech hotel or nearby location, and set off by private air-conditioned minivan to discover Marrakech. Entry fees, where applicable, are down to you.

Stroll the gorgeous Majorelle Garden (Jardin Majorelle), an exotic retreat studded with cobalt-blue buildings, and admire the Koutoubia Mosque and Agnaou Gate, the entrance to the royal kasbah. Wander the intricate patios of the Bahia Palace, see Jemaa el-Fnaa square, visit the old Jewish quarter of Mellah, and if you’re with a guide, peek into the labyrinthine old city and souk.

After around four hours’ exploring and learning about the sights, your tour concludes back at the start point.

We had the best experience with this tour. From the moment of the booking we had contact via WhatsApp with the operator, the time slot for the majorelle garden was already sold out and they helped us with that, the pick up was on time, the driver and the guide were super polite and friendly. It was the perfect balance between feeling guided, telling us so much about everything we we’re seeing, answering all our questions, but also being sensitive to giving us some space when we needed it, so our kid could explore a little bit more. Anouar was the perfect guide for this experience. We truly appreciated it. Best one we had so far. Thank you!

I had a great time during the tour. We learnt a lot about the history of the city and the different landmarks. Our private tour guide was Idris and he was honestly so amazing! He was really helpful throughout the whole tour and prior to the day (helping to book the YSL museum on our behalf). He's really funny and a great communicator. He also gave us some time to quickly shop for a few souvenirs whilst walking through the Souks market. I would highly recommend!

It was an interesting tour, we have not been picked up from the riad, but had to meet in the square. Also, we have been left alone to wander around for too long, I saw other groups had their guide with them all the time.

During our visit to Jemaa el Fna Square and the souqs, our guide provided us with an exceptional experience. Without his assistance, we would have likely become lost. We felt secure and were not subjected to any harassment. Additionally, we were granted access to behind-the-scenes areas where genuine craftsmanship takes place, allowing us to witness the true artistry involved. Jemaa el Fna came to life before our eyes, with snake charmers and henna tattoo artists captivating the crowds. As evening descended, the square underwent a transformation, with an array of enticing food stalls emerging.

We had a wonderful time on our private half day tour (more like 3/4 of a day!) with Mohamed as our guide and Mustafa as our driver. Mohamed was a terrific guide for our introduction to Marrakech, he had the knowledge of local history and culture, very good English and a great sense of humor that made the day so enjoyable. Mustafa was an excellent driver who was always waiting for us in a convenient location with an air conditioned van. At the end of our tour, Mohamed recommended an air conditioned restaurant with traditional Moroccan food, then he & Mustafa waited for us to have lunch, so they could return us to our hotel. A really excellent day!
