Pickup details

Round transfer Airport - hotel - airport. Shared service On the day of arrival, the pick up will depend on the arrival time of your flight, to transfer you to the hotel in Mazatlán. Waiting time 20 minutes. On the day of departure, the operator will pick you up at your hotel in Mazatlán 3 hours before the flight departure. Check with the operator your pick-up time. Important: Transfer only applies to the hotel zone of Mazatlán (HOTELS ONLY), does not apply to apartments or condominiums. 1 suitcase of 20 kg allowed per passenger, an additional charge will be made if you carry more luggage.

SYCTRAVEL Agency used Pronatours to provide our services. Coming out of customs into the main terminal, the representative with the orange t-shirt and beige pants found us and checked our names off and gave us a packet with a slip outlining our return instructions/time. We waited about ten minutes for others to arrive. Pronatours loaded our luggage and we were off for the city. On departure day, the Pronatours representative came into the hotel lobby, greeted us and loaded our luggage into the van. After one stop at another hotel, we were off for the airport. Friendly people, good drivers, all on time - worked great!

We had to ask a few of the representatives at the airport lobby and no one seemed to know the name synctravel or who our driver was. We waited 15 minutes while a couple of them called for us. Then one of the respectives there found out he was supposed to help us.

SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE TBJS ! I paid 100$ usd each way for a TAXI ride that costs 35$ if you book it yourself! No where in here does this say it’s a TAXI especially for this price. It’s unbelievable that Viator allows this to happen and does nothing about it!

Mazatlan Airport Transfer not as promised.

The pickup at the airport went smoothly and the ride was comfortable. When I made my original booking your site had the option for departure from a different hotel. This was not noted on the tour operators form. I notified the person in charge that I would be at a different location for pickup. I went to their office 4 days before departure to reconfirm this information. They verified my info and pickup time. On departure day I was outside waiting well before that time and 45 minutes after the stated pickup time was still waiting and feeling stressed as I was worried I would miss my flight. I finally had to have a taxi take me to the airport. This has been extremely stressful as well as more expensive than if I had taken a taxi to and from.

We regret the inconvenience caused. On the day of arrival, the operator notifies you of your schedule and departure pick-up and signs this document. You did not communicate later to report this change. Even when the data of the operator at the destination is sent to you so that you can speak to confirm your schedules. Please note that this is a shared service, not a private one. Therefore you must inform from the moment you book.

Horrible customer service use someone else

Flight was delayed would not honor a later pick up horrible customer service. Flight was delayed in Phoenix. Email them to say would be arriving at a later time was told they would no longer honor my reservation.

You contracted a shared service, for a certain flight and a certain arrival time, if you have to make a claim it is to your airline and not to the operator. You requested THREE CHANGES THAT WERE ACCEPTED, when we would not have to do so because your service was, as explained in SHARED SERVICE. If you have a claim to make, it is to your airline and not to the operator. Your comment is out of place

Four hours late - no problem!

Our flight was four hours late and we were worried about missing our ride, but when we arrived, our contact was right outside customs holding Fourca sign with our name on it. There were four of us traveling together and we were escorted to a comfortable van that took right to our hotel. Highly recommend this service!

Airport to hotel transport

We used viator for round trip transportation between the airport and our hotel. We were concerned about hotel pickup as we did not have cell service in Mazatlan. Our concerns were unfounded as we were picked up at the prearranged time and were at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

Excellent Service All Around

Superb service on both ends. A concierge was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport, found me right away, and got me to the van which took me to my hotel. When I departed, I enjoyed the same convenience, and a stress-free return to the airport. All of this was very reasonably-priced and made my entire trip much more pleasant. Highly recommended for all visitors who need transportation when visiting Mazatlan.

Mazatlan transfers

After waiting approximately 10 minutes, was placed in our own taxi and transferred to the resort. In departure day, arrived at set time and transferred back to airport. No issues either way. Would book again.
