Joey was a great tour guide! We did the tour in reverse as was Easter weekend and was very busy. The weather was excellent and our views were outstanding! History of the stops along the way was wonderful.

It was John’s first day guiding the tour alone, and he did a fantastic job! He had the laid-back Aussie humor down pat. This was a good way to see the sights in a day trip from Melbourne without driving oneself.

The tour itself was OK, disappointed the 'Plus Koalas' portion is actually just pulling over on the side of the highway and looking up at trees in the hope you may see one. Tour guide was friendly, accommodating and very clear with itinerary for the day. I had an issue as less than 24hrs notice was given altering the pickup address for my day trip. When you book the website demands to know how many travelers and pick up location and have payment. Then 2weeks later with less an 24hr notice I rec'd a SMS from tour company they were changing pick up point. This left me walking the streets in the dark at 6am in an unknown city looking for the pick up point. I felt very let down, I understand the logistics of tour company doing multiple pickups BUT less than 24 hrs notice to change plans is rude and inconsiderate, they had ample time to advise and not left it to the last minute. Further disappointment still with the glib attitude of the operator when I called the company to clarify the changes and why, basically was told love it or lump it. Very rude!

Our tour guide Warren was absolutely amazing. He made the tour fun and provided a lot of interesting information and entertainment along the way. The tour is really interesting and allows you to see experience the great ocean road with some included hidden gems. Pick up and drop off was easy and seamless and Warren went out of his way to add extra stops to the trip to keep it interesting.

Tom was a lively (by the right amount) and informative guide. He was committed to making sure we all got the most out of the experience, including being on high alert to find koalas between stops. He kept the day light and fun, and gave great lunch suggestions. Would definitely recommend, as we packed in more stops than I've seen on other similar tours, but we didn't feel rushed.

I had a fantastic day on the tour with Warren as a guide, the day was well structured and feel like it was great value for money with lots of stops on the way and some bonuses (stopping for koalas and kangaroo sightings) Warren is a great guide with lots of knowledge to share, and bringing great energy and fun to the day. Would highly recommend!

It was absolutely gorgeous! Definitely a big recommend for sightseeing, catching a glimpse mob of kangaroos and sleeping koalas. We had Lorraine as our guide, she did an amazing job and great driver too!
