Hi Karina, how unfortunate that you decide you give us a two star when we explained that Viator confirms things without our knowledge or agreement. We explained how the combo works and that we have to agree to the changes, and that even though Viator did confirm to you we were not aware of the change or couldn’t accommodate to your requested change. I’m sure every day of your vacation is important and we offered to upgrade you to penguin plus even though we were not at fault. Truly disappointed with your feedback, we are working under very difficult conditions with limited resources and did our best to compensate for the situation, clearly it wasn’t enough as you post this review weeks after the tour.
