We do not do Hotel pick ups unless you can meet us on the way the Yarra Valley and it's not a detour.
We do not have space for luggage of any sort.
We have 2 vehicles that run this tour. We primarily use a 24 seater bus but purposefully dont fill it up to still give the tour an intimate and small-group feel. We only allow 18 people max book. We also run a second vehicle of 13 seats which is a smaller van. If group size is important to you, please let us know so we can best accomodate you!

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The guide was great, very friendly, told us a lot about the tour and and gave us options to choose. This tour promotes to interact with all the tour group, so you can know people from other countries and share tour experiences at the same time you taste the wines and also during the meal. The tastings are very good with explanations.

Great tour to wineries. Love the Soumah at Yarra Valley

I traveled solo and got properly tipsy with the wine tour. Murph, our driver was also very friendly during the tour. I did feel a little out of place to be grouped with all the British, but this did not make me rate the tour any less.

The bubbly personality of our host Todd mostly saved the day along with the scenery but the low volume of wine due to public holiday and ever shrinking tasting pours along with a very aged and cramped hiace van that needs retiring diminished the experience somewhat
