Come hungry. Lots of amazing tacos each place is unique. Armando our guide was amazing. Knowledgeable on mexico city beyond tacos! Really enjoyed our time with him

Our experience was not very good. Our guide was pleasant but difficult to understand. He had cokes brought to us when we wanted water. He did not explain the tacos or the experience. He did not ask us what we would like. One of the taco places was closed. We were not offered an alcohol drink, only sweet cokes even though tour advertised mezcal or beer. It was a miserable experience really, would not recommend it to anyone. Honestly we would like our money back , we did not get what was advertised

Good morning, Lisa. My name is Anastasiya, I'm the director of City Art Tours Mexico. I'm sincerely sorry that you left the tour disappointed.
Your guide Armando is knowledgeable and passionate about his work and he did all his best to provide an excellent service for you and accommodate your preferences. But, according to the report we have, you refused to proceed to some of the places. As well Armando provided you extra drinks on the house in each place even though it was not included in the tour. Regarding "sweet cokes', this drink is called agua de jamaica, it's an authentical national drink. It was served once in the combination with the vegan tacos.
This tour is one of our highlights and the guests who take it mention that they enjoy it a lot. I am sorry that you didn't like it. We did all our best. Thank you for your feedback.

We had some of the best tacos on this tour! Nene was a wonderful guide and made sure we got a chance to try many delicious options. From el pastor to vegan tacos, the options were what you look for in a food tour.

Neene was awesome and gave us a lot of knowledge around the history of Mexico City and different types of tacos and their origins; plus she was super stylish and didn’t make us feel like a bunch of tourists, which we appreciated tremendously. We have been to Mexico City over 7 times and still learned a lot and ate vegan tacos for the first time, which were surprisingly delicious.
