    Guy was early they called and verified and then sent me a confirmation text with all the details including a $15 night surcharge then when we got dropped off he was demanding $30

While we do suggest the surcharge at your discretion, it's regrettable that the driver demanded a different amount upon drop-off. Please accept our apologies for this oversight. To rectify the situation, we kindly ask you to send us an email with your booking reference (BR) so we can arrange a partial refund of $30.00 back to your credit card. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
