At Miami International Airport, your driver will be waiting at the baggage claim number assigned for your flight. If you require transportation from the Port of Miami, our private service will be ready for you at the Cruise Terminal assigned to your specific Cruise Line or Ship. For hotel pick-ups, your driver will be conveniently located in the hotel lobby. Moreover, we provide city tours and personalized tours, we also offer services for corporate and business meetings with hourly flat rates, these services exclusively within the Miami Area and Miami-Dade County.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Price is NOT as advertised. On confirmation I was told I need to pay $15.75 additional to the driver for toll road and parking fees. Because I live in Miami, I had a photo of my toll pass and the driver never parked and met us inside. Yet somehow I still owed him the extra. cash.

Leonardo was amazing!! He is very knowledgeable about the area and super fun to talk to. He helped us by squeezing all of our luggage into his vehicle like a puzzle master! The most memorable was our driver pretty sure his name was Juan! He arrived on time and was waiting for us baggage claim. He held my bag for me while I went to the rest room and he assisted my husband and I will securing out luggage and loading into the vehicle. There was excellent communication from him for our pick-up outside the chaotic Miami cruise port getting off the Icon of the Seas, the largest ship of the world. Great experience. Jose was early and got us the airport early. He was polite and exactly what we wanted. I will note that when picking up form the Port of Miami, there is an additional $14 fee that has to be paid outside of the Viator fee.

Booking through Viator was very easy. We made a last minute reservation the night before. I called to ask a question, and the phone representative made the reservation over the phone. She waited on the line while our payment processed and then contacted the car agency on our behalf. Manuel, our driver, was awesome! He waited while our plane took longer than expected to get to a gate. He helped collect our bags, and got us from the airport to the cruise ship terminal quickly and safely.
