  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five passengers per sports utility vehicle
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Andrés was the most friendliest drivers I’ve ever had. Our baggage took a long time to come out and he was really patient & understanding. We had a long flight and was pretty hungry by the time we got to Miami, so we were all a little hungry. Andres offered to go through a drive through so our kids can eat. He definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company

Left us at the airport

Our flight was delayed and the driver left us at the airport with no transportation. After multiple calls the company said that the driver had been released and we were on our own. I requested a refund but the company said that I had to file a formal complaint and request a refund. Do no use this company

I received confirmation from viator and from the tour operator. The tour operator reinforced the instructions on what yo do when we arrive at the airport. I called the number that was provided and they said they did not have our reservation. The operator claimed that viator provided the wrong number. We ended up getting a cab. Still waiting on a confirmation for refund.

Andrés was the most friendliest drivers I’ve ever had. Our baggage took a long time to come out and he was really patient & understanding. When we arrived to MIA our driver Manuel sent me a text that he had arrived. Our bags were delayed 45 minutes due to it lightening and I had advised him of this delay. He was very kind and patient. Safe driver, would book again

Paying $95 for a 1 way trip from MIA to Trump Doral is more than uber and cabs. And we had a bit of a wait, and then once we arrived at the hotel, the driver said he needed $14.75 more for tolls. They knew the pickup and destination ahead of time That should have been disclosed, or included. Cabs are plentiful and cheaper. Definitely do not recommend.
