Viator was Great From Frank picking us up from Air port to Hampton Inn and back from Hotel to Port of Miami everything was great Johnny picked us up from port of miami and to the air port we went to the wrong airport we made a call to Viator and she call the driver back and he turned around and picked us up and got us to the airport on time so a shout our to Johnny with Viator our personal driver thank you.

poor coordination for pick up

Poor coordination for pick up, I was expecting someone there at the agreed time with a sign with my name on it so I could identify him, He had no sign and they tried to reach me by phone......it would have been so simple and great service if the person waiting for me would have had a sign to identify the car that was there to pick us up.
