Our driver and guide Nabhan was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. It is not advisable to take this tour without a guide like him. He guided us at every step right from what to carry and what not to carry. He ensured that we are safe and comfortable throughout the experience.

Great tour with Amer. He is friendly and patience at attending my family of four. I had a autistic daughter with us who are walking at a slower speed than usual. Amer help us to take care of our daughter on the footing as the trail is quiet challenging for her. It was quiet a long walk but the view was awesome at wadi shab and along the way. Weather now in January is just nice and I truely recommend do it in winter time in Oman.

The lush greenness of the Wadi Shab in contrast with the surrounding mountains is a sight to behold. It is fun and refreshing swimming through the pools. The nearby sinkhole and beach are also worth a brief visit. Our guide Amer was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour.

I was picked up from hotel at 8:30am by kind tour guide Hamed and he drove us directly to the Wadi Shab. This is very important to come there early like by 10 because there will be less people. Hamed knew the hike routes very well so we took over many people on the way! In the end of the hike you can swim to the cave. Bring safety jacket because pools are VERY deep! Very dangerous to swim to the cave without safety in a cold water! Water in the river always cold even during scorching hot summer. On the way back we visited white sand beach, Bimmah Sinkhole (where you could also swim) and finished the tour with Omani food in a guide's hometown! I was back to Muscat by 4pm. Thank you very much for the tour!
