Fantastic day enjoying the history of Oman

Perfect day enjoying the forts and castle!! I think one of my favorite parts of the day was when we visited the souq! A lot of fabulous spices, I’m a huge lover of frankincense, sandalwood and other natural aroma therapy and it was very interesting. My college son really enjoyed trying the different dates and dipping the dates in tahini which we have never experienced before and loved it. Our guide was fantastic!! He was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. Told us so much about their culture in Oman. We loved every part of this tour! Highly recommend

Such beautiful places to explore

Nizwa was such a beautiful place, the souk was lots of fun to taste samples and shop for coffee, dates and silver jewellery. The fort in Nizwa was an incredible place to explore as was Bahla fort. We loved Bahla fort even though there wasn’t much information inside. Jabreen castle’s intricate designs and beautiful architecture made it a pleasure to wander around in. We could have spent hours there. We were lucky enough to have Khalfan as our tour guide again! He made sure our day was a memorable one.

Must see forts of Oman

An unforgettable tour to the ancient forts/castles of Oman. Although it is nearly 50 degrees, our Oman experience is incomplete without it. Nizwa, Bahla, and Jabreen all have their unique characters. We picked Thursday to avoid Friday’s short open hours of Nizwa fort. Khalil Aljabri is a great guide. He has good knowledge of history and gentleman smile. Strongly recommend him.

My tour guide Waleed was absolutely fantastic (definitely recommend requesting him). Waleed picked me up promptly from my accommodation and was such great company for the day. He was highly knowledgeable, courteous and funny. The stops were fantastic if, like me, you are interested in history and culture. The tour company (Oman Landscape Tours), we're excellent with their communication!

First Time in Oman

This tour was our first experience with Oman, and Mohammed made us feel at home. It honestly felt like hanging out with an old friend rather than somebody we had just met. He was friendly and helpful not just to us but other people we interact with. He was knowledgeable about the sited we saw, which were absolutely stunning. He has made a lasting impression on us, and everybody should experience a tour with him.

Hussein is by far one of the best tour guides and person I’ve ever met. He’s knowledgeable, very kind and will do anything to give you an incredible experience in Oman. The tour was amazing, well organized and very enriching. We visited amazing places and met amazing people. Loved everything!

Was in Muscat on business and had 12 free hours. Decided on this tour and was not disappointed. Hussein was an awesome tour guide. Very knowledgeable about this ancient culture. I thoroughly enjoyed learning amd seeing it. It was very hot so be sure to have extra water with you.
