What To Expect

Your tour starts with an indoor 30-minute Segway orientation—the perfect way to get beginners up to speed, without the potential embarrassment of practicing in public. Get confident in driving your Segway, then set off on your Downtown Nashville adventure.

The tour is a fast and fun way to check off lots of key sights, such as Ascend Amphitheater, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, and the home of NHL’s Nashville Predators—Bridgestone Arena.

The longer 2.5-hour tours also pack in visits to Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, and a ride past the Tennessee State Capitol.

As well as riding past top sights, the tour includes captivating commentary about the sights from your guide.

To finish the adventure, your guide shows you some of the city’s most famous sights—Music Row, the Ryman Auditorium, and the Country Music Hall of Fame, before taking you nicely in a loop that finishes at your start point.

Sean was a great guide! Not only did he make everyone comfortable with the segways, but he was a very nice person - friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting. The use of a microphone made it easy to hear him describe the points of interest and tell interesting stories or facts. Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent tour with our guide Eric who was knowledgeable and funny and showed us parts of Nashville’s history outside of Broadway The Segways were in good condition and we were treated to a thorough training session and safety briefing before we went out, and during the tour Eric made sure he pointed out any areas or obstacles where we should take extra care, resulting in a very safe and enjoyable experience. We have done Segway tours all over the world and this was one of the best! Recommended!

We started off with some scheduling conflicts mostly due to a bad Uber driver. The owner of iRide was extremely accommodating and took good care of us. The tour was so much fun. Segway tours are the best way to get a know a city. Our guide was amazing. I would highly recommend this tour.

Riding the segways was lots of fun! Made exploring the history of the city fun for teens. There is a thorough training on the use of segways before you start. Trip starts on less crowded streets, lots of stops for views. Toward the end we went on the busy part of Broadway. You see a lot when you're above everyone on the segway! 😀

We had a great time! But I would definitely recommend that they allow more time to take pictures during the tour. I felt we were rushed a little and couldn’t enjoy some of the grounds we toured on. Especially, when you’re paying $200 per couple.
