    Great experience with accessibility concerns

    Had a great experience! Liz was a good story teller. My only complaint was the amount of steps and lack of accommodations for folks who needed it. While I was able to navigate stairs without issue, there were other people on the tour who struggled. This tour was listed as accessible, which I think is a bit misleading.

    SO MANY stairs

    There were MANY stairs that need to be climbed. There was no information provided that informed participants that they needed to be physically able to do so many stairs. There was an older lady in a wheelchair who booked the tour because the tour information stated the tour was "Wheelchair accessible", "Transportation is wheelchair accessible" and "Surfaces are wheelchair accessible". Callie was our tour guide and there was also a guide in training on the tour. Neither of them made an effort to accomodate the wheelchair and could not/did not provide the couple with instructions to follow a wheelchair accessible path. The poor lady had to keep geting out of her wheelchair and struggled to move around the many steps. The couple was so frustrated they left the tour early. Instead of appologizing to the couple, Callie said "thanks for coming - if you enjoyed yourself please rate us 5 stars." Callie was very knowledgable however her delivery was very cutsey, bubbly and and joking which seemed off for a true crime, ghost tour. The delivery could have made a big difference. Finally, as Callie was telling stories, she had many photos to show the group - she showed them on her phone which was very hard to see. The tour company should provide the guides with tablets or provide a link to the photos for people to follow along the tour on their own phones.
    Unfortunately we did not enjoy the tour at all!

    I like the history part of it but the other ghosts stories were not interesting. I would nit recommend or go again.

    Such a fun tour with so many stories! Loved it!! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable with the perfect mixture of ghosts, crime and history.

    Callie was a good guide. Very interesting sites and history. Lots of walking and several sites were touched upon as well as lots of history given. Really enjoyed the tour.

    Our tour guide did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable. The walking tour was easy. Our tour guide also pointed out other tidbit informationalong the way.

    We loved this tour. Relaxed atmosphere and a perfect mix of history and thrill. Our tour guide was great. She had the perfect amount of animation and intuition to meet the needs of all ages that were in attendance.

    The information provided was fantastic, if your in to history you will enjoy this tour. The narrator was quite the animated story teller. We came for the ghost part of the excursion and that was a little disappointing but enjoyed hearing about the history a lot.

    Hands down, this walking tour was my favorite part of the trip!! Earlier in the day, coincidentally met Mark the owner of the tour while waiting to get into Skull’s Rainbow Room. He’s a super nice, knowledgeable guy and it was great to meet him! Then for our tour, we had Kat as our tour guide. She was amazing! Her knowledge was evident but also her wit, delivery and humor were spot on. I’m so grateful I found this tour and we had such a great experience. Learned a lot about Nashville and had me wishing the tour was even longer!
