Not what we expected-overpriced walk

Disclaimer- this is a TOUR not a VIP shopping experience! While I do believe the description of this experience is true, I wish it specified how long each visit was at each boutique. This tour is for those that are fine with being in-and-out of stores within 20 minutes. For this reason, I enjoyed it. I do not like staying in a store long and enjoyed moving onto the next store quickly. Not all of my group enjoyed this experience though. Some expected more time in each store to allow them to try on clothes. Others did not care for the style the stores catered to because they were simply too girly and overpriced. All the shops cater to a specific demographic-young girls in their 20’s and early 30’s. The most edgey store was Blush but the size of their clothes is on the small side. Our tour guide, Alexa, was very removed and visibly annoyed with us. Mind you, we were 20 minutes late to meeting with her at Stock and Barrel which we take full responsibility for. I think that impression put her off on us immediately. I understood the annoyance but she was just incredibly rude throughout the whole tour.

This is not an accurate account of your tour. Alexa was gracious enough to wait on you. You were over 30 minutes late and she had another tour to handle after your tour. If you felt rushed that definitely is a direct consequence of you showing up late. We target bachelorette groups and that is clearly stated in the description. You put that you enjoyed the tour and liked moving quickly from stop to stop. I’m still trying to understand why you gave us 2 stars? Alexa said y’all had a great time. So we get 2 stars because you showed up late. Unbelievable. Have a great time in Nashville and show up on time!!

Nice but definitely for the younger shoppers

The description of the tour, walk or ride was confusing and the shopping was definitely geared towards the younger generation not our over 50 group, but overall was a pleasant experience. Our guide Madison was awesome and so much fun. Thank you Madison.

Our guides, Leah and Olivia, were great. Good selection of stores for shopping. A little false advertising regarding drinks available….no martinis and wine was served in small plastic cups. Thought it could have been a little more upscale. Overall was a fun experience.

We did not enjoy the experience. However not because of Nicole she was very kind considerate and thoughtful guide. But it was not an event for us. Unfortunately the description did not indicate to us that this was primarily a brides experience. It would be nice if there were age appropriate opportunities for people unrelated to a wedding party to enjoy the experience. If that gets offered it should be described in your description of the event.

The description clearly states that this tour is great for bachelorettes and girlfriends who love to shop, drink, and get discounts. You got all of those things. Also we clearly list all of our locations on the website. I’m glad that Natalie showed you an amazing time, but I’m also sorry you didn’t like the stores. We go to some of the trendiest boutiques in Nashville and 95% of our guests have an amazing time. I recommend always doing your research before booking a tour.

This was so fun! I loved being able to see the cities most popular murals, so much easier than finding them on our own. LOVED the wine they had too. Our tour guide was so fun too! The boutiques were kinda pricey, and if your a bigger girl like me, the sizing doesn’t work for you but they have cute accessories!!

My friends came to Nashville for a girls week and we thought this would be the perfect thing to do. It was everything we could want in a tour, starting off with fries and wine, then seeing all the pretty murals, being handed more wine when we get to the boutiques and then just enjoying each other’s company!

You need to write that this is recommended for the 21-30 crowd. The boutiques cater to that age group & the wine was sub par.

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry you didn’t like the boutiques. We go to some of the more popular/trendiest boutiques in Nashville, and we feel like it covers a large demographic, but I guess they aren’t for everyone. Since your tour we have also added a drink at The Thompson/LA Jackson rooftop bar. Please give us another try next time you are in town.
