We find your review interesting and confusing. Here's why....
You had called us after arriving the airport on April 30th, 2023 and requested a refund due to the fact that a driver was not dispatched to pick you up. We then submitted a refund shortly thereafter and messaged you confirming that it was done. You also sent a message to us stating that you took a taxi and wanted a refund.
As a reminder, your arrival pick up could not be scheduled and a driver dispatched due to an incorrect location (tour grade) booked for your drop off location. In addition to this your departure information was not entered and had N/A for the date, time and flight information. You were informed of these issues through messages from our company and viator customer service who was waiting on you to confirm and agree to the required amendments
In your message you had also mentioned that you would still need a departure pickup however a full refund was already submitted. As a result, you were given the option to rebook your return pick up directly with us due to the fact that our transfers are listed as roundtrip on Viator's platform. This was never done.
Please note that we did not receive any payment for your booking therefore we are unsure as to why you have not received a refund. We will however reach out to Viator customer service as this is troubling to us.
It is a very rare occurrence where we do not provide transfers booked by our guests.
We do apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding in this regard however on your next visit, should you decide to rebook with us, we will offer an upgrade on your transportation for the inconvenience.
