Overview

Ride your own all-terrain vehicle (ATV) through the rugged terrain of Negril, then follow it up with a horseback ride on the beach. This tour combines two of Negril's most popular outdoor activities in one, which means less time arranging details on your end. Follow a guide through the sandy washes, rocky hills, and mangrove systems to Salmon Point, where you'll transfer to horseback for a relaxing ride on the beach. This was a great experience will do the horseback again. The ATV seemed fun but it wasn’t for me. I’m more old school. The horseback guy Jason he was so professional, funny he interacted well with us made us laugh. I enjoyed every moment in the water with the horse. Jason made us feel at ease.

Loved getting in the ocean with the horses! First time I’ve ever done that! Our guides Roger and Jay made the experience even more FUN! This as one of the highlights of our trip!

I am going to be very honest! The staff was friendly but the ATV ride had about 40 people in our group...completely overbooked. Everyone was complaining around us. The horseback riding is someone leading you with a rope down to the beach in the water for a few minutes to take pictures. I work with Viator and was disappointed in this excursion. It was a bit of a tourist trap.

Fun experience! Definitely a little confusing with how the day would go down/ the itinerary but if you go with the flow it's very fun! Our tour guides on both experiences were knowledgeable and kept a even pace (thank God because I was a nervous beginner). I would probably do this again

FUN TOURS. RUDE STAFF

The excursions were amazing but the staff was rude and inconsiderate after we were done. We were done around 3:15 and kept asking what time we were leaving to go back we had dinner reservations at 7:00. The staff was rude kept saying stand over there and wait. I asked can they call us a taxi and more rudeness. We didn’t leave until about 5:30 when all the tours were done and we were the last people to leave because someone was going back to our hotel we had too wait 2 hours for 3 people when I offered to take a taxi. THEY ONLY CARED ABOUT MAKING THEIR MONEY AND DISREGARDED IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE PLANNED. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE RUDE STAFF MEMBERS.

Well organized event that had everything to accommodate the guests as the waited for their next excursion: Full Bar, Food, DJ, Waiting Area, Gift Shops, Changing Rooms, Plenty of Rest Rooms, Lockers, Great Staff, etc

This was the only excursion we booked during our short time in Negril, and it ended up being the highlight of our trip! Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. We confirmed our pick up and a shuttle came to our resort to bring us to JamWest. The ATV was so fun but make sure to bring something to cover your face from all the dust. We were brought back to the main area before going to the stables. Our guide Ricky was so great!! He trained our horses and they followed him everywhere. You can tell they were truly bonded. Whenever you are done with your activities, you can take any of the departing shuttles back to your hotel and there are scheduled times about every hour that can bring you back. We really appreciated this because we only booked two activities, so we wanted to go back to our resort and spend the rest of the day there. It was so cool and the staff is awesome. Thank you for an amazing memory!

Didn’t get a chance to due horseback, due to is waiting a very long time.. by time we got to the horses the man told us they over booked and couldn’t take no more people! But our driver was great!!

Nice but do not expect too much. The ATV ride was very basic: standard route and no nice views, The horse riding trip was extremely short. For both trips: too much time was waste on waiting (to start, for horses, ect)

This excursion was love!! We had the best time ever!! The ATV RIDING was the high point for me! The horseback riding was nice, but very laid back. The horses were obedient and Tyrique was great at easing my fears and managing the horse. The only complaint was the transportation companies.. Transport took forever.

The horse riding was outstanding. Knowledgeable friendly guides. As we walked along the trail they told us all about the local agriculture and even picked herbs along the way and shared with us. Highly recommend.

I love ATVs and horseback riding and have done it plenty of times. This experience was just ok compared to other experiences. The staff was well organized and friendly. The atv trail is not challenging, just a flat dirt road. I would have preferred to go through some woods and up and down some hills. For horseback riding each horse had a human guide walking it which I felt made the horses go very slow. While I don’t mind chatting, my guide seemed shy which made the whole experience feel awkward. I don’t know if this was a safety precaution or what but I didn’t think it was needed. Also, we were supposed to trout through the water, but we only went as far as getting our ankles wet. The experience wasn’t horrible but I’ve been on better. Just wished it was all a bit more adventurous. Lastly, the bus for hotel pickup came early and left almost 10 mins before the pickup time. The Viator rep who booked our reservation said she told him where to pick us up but they went to a different lobby as there were two pickup spots. We were told an email was sent from the tour operator but that didn’t even arrive until after our pickup time. This resulted in us having to now delay our excursion to next loading time 1.5 hours later which in turn caused us to have to change dinner plans. I do not think the drivers should be allowed to leave prior to pickup times. We were in the lobby early enough to have been able to walk to the other lobby and still make our pickup time. So that was very annoying.
