Our tour started with a personal text the day before, much appreciated in a world of auto reminders. Bobbie gave us a great tour with lots of delicious treats and some history of the city mixed in. She also related beautifully with my children, ages 6 and 8. Highly recommend!

We started at a local coffee shop, PJ’s coffee, that has a unique and delicious beignet. We walked to three more spots, all local, to enjoy incredible donuts and beignets. We also learned local history and tid-bits along the way from our awesome tour guide, Mike! Our groups was visiting NOLA for a convention, and this tour was a fun way to kick off our visit! Oh, and come on an empty stomach…you’ll be so stuffed by the end! :)

Unfortunately, our experience on the doughnut & B tour in New Orleans was far from satisfactory, especially given its exorbitant price of $65 per person. The donuts were cut into slices for tasting, but even then, there wasn't enough for each participant to taste every flavor; we were forced to choose a slice. Additionally, the tour lacked informative commentary about the area as we moved from one place to another. Despite having two hostesses, it was evident that it was their first day? or they seemed untrained. Overall, the tour is grossly overpriced for what it offers.

It was a lovely experience! The tour guide Margie was very sweet, kind and professional. Definitely a tour for someone with a sweet tooth! Do NOT eat breakfast and prepare yourself for all the treats and surprises. Wear comfortable shoes, go in the green street car (don’t waste money on a Uber) take the street car to the garden district. Although you get treats, I think it was too pricey.

If you have a sweet tooth and like learning a bit of history along the way then this is the tour for you. Our guides were terrific and the food was great. I found it virtually impossible to pick a favorite as each was so unique. A must do on your next trip!

What a great way to snack your way through some of the best sweets in the city! My only goal for our quick weekend in NOLA was to eat beignets and drink coffee, this tour made it happen and then some. Highly recommend!

Margie was a fantastic guide! We had so much fun and enjoyed all of our wonderful treats! Seen parts of town we would not have seen and was given great advice on things to see and do. These are by far some of the best donuts and beignets I’ve tasted. I like that these places are not the ones that are highly advertised. I like the off the beaten path experience. Will definitely visit these places again!
