Pepe (guide) is great. He was informative, personable, and entertaining. The places he chose were perfect. We even went back for lunch the next day at one of the restaurants. A definite must to enjoy the favorite dishes in NOLA.

This is one of the best food tours I have been on. Chip was absolutely amazing and brought us to some of the most delicious restaurants I've been too. He was also super accomodating for my partner who is pescatarian when no other tour was able to provide this. HIGHLY recommend!

Kaffy was the best in terms of providing local history and excellent food stops. Wow! Loved Bon’s bananas Foster’s beignets, Alberto’s muffalettas, NOLA PoBoys, the gumbo and oysters at MRC. Loved it all

Our guide, Pepe, made the tour even better! Excellent food tastings at authentic stops with a history lesson and a view of the Mississippi River thrown in for good measure.
A tasty fun way to get to know the area
Marla_R, Apr 2024
We met Pepe and we were lucky to find it was just my family on the tour. Pepe was great & gave us a great tour. The food was fantastic, he was informative on the local history & all of his food choices were a great introduction. The benight place he brought us to was so much better than the other 2 famous ones! A true hidden gem. We do food tours on all of our trips & this one did not disappoint!
Great experience with great food

Gumbo changed my life
Megan_M, Mar 2024
Kaffey was excellent! Bon’s had a beignet that my husband would argue was better than cafe du Monde. Mississippi River bar had gumbo that made me realize I can love gumbo (it had potato salad in it). If you only have a short amount of time and need an expert opinion on the best spots, then you should book this tour!
Great into to some great food.

Lori_L, Mar 2024
I really enjoyed our tour as it was fun to learn about the history and the local food. We had a small group and that made it easier with the crowded streets. Our guide was willing to explain both very well and was easy to be with and understand. Highly recommend this tour
