Jasmine was amazing and her assistant Tameka was so kind and helpful! Jasmine is skilled with the drone and her photography. I received all of my photos and a couple of videos the same night. All of the photos were beautiful!

Our photographer Jasmine was extremely polite & helpful from the beginning until the end. Tameka assisted with ensuring your poses and safety were under control. She was also sweet and encouraging. If you’re thinking about it…just do it girl! You’ll leave an official “Island Gyal.” Lol

Though the photographer was super nice her assistant in the water was not. She didn't give good direction with the poses and when I wanted to do poses different from her suggestions she acted like I was a problem

I was very nervous since I was on a cruise, I had never did any excursions outside of the cruise and I had a 2nd excursion after this one. Jasmin made sure i got excellent photos & was at my next excursion on time. I was super early but she started on time. She was super nice, her assistant that helped me pose made me feel comfortable! They are a great team and I'm so glad I was able to do this! Highly recommended!

I paid for a photoshoot. I was told that I would receive raw images that night of the photoshoot and of those raw images I could select 3 that would be edited and I would receive the edited photos within 48-72 hours. Tomorrow makes a week and I still don't have the edited images. However, the raw images are really nice. I just wish I could've received the edited images like I was promised. I've reached out twice looking for the images. At this point I'm begging for something I paid for.

10/10 for family, friends, couples, or solo travelers!

My sister and I loved our experience! Although there was a little mix up when we booked the first day ( which was an issue with the booking site, not the company… I recommend calling the number provided to confirm your booking once you pay) , Jasmine was very accommodating and made everything right & got us set up for the next day. We had an amazing experience we got beautiful pictures, even with the water being a little rough & the clouds coming & going. Jasmine was very patient and had a great eye for the lighting. The woman helping us pose was amazing (forgive me for forgetting her name) she was so helpful, gave us great posing techniques. We couldn’t have done it without her, she was submerged to her waist keeping us from tipping over or floating out to sea! Both of them were so sweet and accommodating to us! We booked two shoots and got solo photos, as well as some photos together. It was definitely an unforgettable experience! I would definitely do it again with other people or even by myself! 10/10 experience for siblings, friends, couples, families or solo travelers!

The video had been cut as a person was seen running out of the water in the first 2 seconds of the video. Both versions of the video, cut and uncut were sent to you. The 24 hour delay in your edited photos falls short of the high standards we strive to uphold, and we are actively working to address and improve our processes to ensure a seamless and timely experience for all our guests. They tried to cancel my shoot, bad communication, they don’t respond, lies about when photos will be received, the website says one timeframe and they give you a different one. Gives you attitude when you finally get a response. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I didn’t like the outcome of our pictures. Most of them are very blurry! The young ladies that did our shoot must’ve been amateurs they were nice but we kept having to stop because their drone battery wouldn’t stay charged. And the poses they gave us came out only mediocre. I haven’t been to Jamaica yet and from what I’ve seen those pics there are beautiful. I’d say don’t waste your money here wait until you go elsewhere certainly not Nassau, Bahamas for a drone photoshoot!

Very comfortable experience

Jasmine was very nice and easy to deal with. She also had an assistant that goes into the water with you to make sure your poses are good and that you don’t fall into the water. I felt very comfortable and would recommend Jasmine to anyone who’s traveling and i experienced with the clear boat experience.

Quality of photos is not good very blurry and when i voiced concerns no one answered. Not satisfied with the final product. The staff were nice even though they were late.

I wanted to love this experience but overall it was a lack luster experience. More direction was needed for the first portion approximately 20 pics I was not even looking at the camera and I had no idea. When I booked the photo shoot I was under the impression it would take place at Junkanoo beach but was texted shortly before the shoot that the location would be at Saunders beach which added $15 to my already $60 taxi ride. My hair was out of place in majority of the photos when I asked if the hair could be edited I received no response. With the photo shoot package 3 edited photos was to be included that I have yet to receive. I was told edits take 48-72hrs it has been over 120 hours. I have emailed and text regarding the issue with no response at this point. For a photo shoot that in total is close to $300 I expected a lot more direction and professionalism. During the shoot I was nervous about falling in the water so I know it may have been complicated directing but that’s apart of the job. At one point there was a decent amount of water in the boat I had to request to be removed. Overall there is numerous areas that needs improvement with the service.
