We regret the delay in receiving your pictures and the issue with the video beginning being chopped. The video had been cut as a person was seen running out of the water in the first 2 seconds of the video. Both versions of the video, cut and uncut were sent to you.
The 24 hour delay in your edited photos falls short of the high standards we strive to uphold, and we are actively working to address and improve our processes to ensure a seamless and timely experience for all our guests.
We are also sorry to hear about the loss of your glasses in the water. Please know that we take these incidents seriously and will take steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.
