Overview

Pickup details

Hotel guests will be picked up outside of their hotel's lobby approximately 15 minutes prior to the booked adventure time. During the cruise port renovations, cruise ship passengers will meet outside the Harley Davidson store, located opposite the port exit, approximately 15 minutes prior to the booked adventure time.

What To Expect

Enjoy convenient pickup at your hotel in Nassau or the cruise port. Head for the water sports center, where you'll meet the instructors and get an orientation to the day's combination of water activities.

Hop on a jet ski for the first 15 minutes, splashing through the water with a partner or on your own. Then, transfer to a parasailing boat to sail high over the coastline for 5 to 7 minutes. Get views of Paradise Island and Cabbage Beach.

The adventure continues with a 3.5-mile (5.6-km) ride on a banana boat towed behind a power boat. With a flotation device and life jacket, bump and bounce across the waters for about 15 minutes.

Finally, spend an hour snorkeling at a local reef. No experience is necessary, all equipment is provided.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Best birthday JetSki rental

Everyone was so accommodating we had such a good time. The banana boats were not available because we got there slightly late. However, the JetSki’s and parasailing was very fun. The beach is beautiful. The waters are so blue and clear. The view is amazing and everything is super safe. I had a great time with my friend💙

Bahamas experience

The jet skis and parasailing were great. Only book this one if it’s a better deal, because there was no banana boat in site. Instead of saying something before hand, the lady waited until we got there to tell us there was no banana boat.

Bait and switch - find different vendor

Incredibly rude and crude employee “greeted” us at the cruise port pickup location (Harley Davidson store) who was pissed that we walked by her not knowing she worked for the excursion company. Pickup was late and there is no office. Just some lady sitting on the beach with a clipboard. The jet-skis were all in bad shape, but functional. Even though we paid for the ultimate package, there was no banana tube and they would instead give extra time on jet-skis. Parasailing was fantastic, but used a subcontractor for that.

Yes did one out of the three excursions due to the weather. We did jet ski for an hour and was offered a reimbursement for the the other part of the excursion that didn’t happen. Still looking at getting the refund though and it’s tricky unfortunately

Awesome Experience

We had a lot of fun jet skiing & banana boat riding. We didn’t get to parasail due to bad weather otherwise this experience would have gotten 5 stars! The operators are friendly, professional, and very helpful. We had a great time! I recommend bringing goggles for the banana boat ride due to the splash, it hits you right in the face (I had to keep my eyes closed lol). The operators were quick to make a call and inform of the no parasailing to start the process of a partial refund.

Not worth the price

The experience was not all that. Finding the location/ cabana is a hassle- it’s not an office. Then on top of all the money that you pay- all the workers are harassing and following you for tip money. One offered to drive us to the bank for cash. Willingly. Upon bringing us back, he followed us back to the cabana asking how much are we going to give him for bringing us. It was a mess.

The excursion was amazing! Staff was very nice, the driver even gave us a tour of Nassau and he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely do it again and I recommend this excursion as well!

Not worth it

For the amount of money I paid it was not worth it… the experience of the two activities was good. But it’s false advertising! When you get there you are rushed to do the activity. Maybe 5 mins parasailing and 15/20 mins jet skiing. No lunch or snorkeling was provided. The driver then took an hour to come back to get us. I would have been better off just going through the guys on the beach at the resort

Don't waste your money

I have never written a review before but this is the first time I feel strongly enough on how necessary it is to warn other's not to waste your money. We were supposed to be picked up at 10:15am. We waited until 10:30am before calling to see if they were running late (which would be no big deal). They stated they were "five minutes away". We waited until 11:00am and called again- they stated again they are "five minutes away". At 11:15 our hotel called for us as they felt bad and they reported their car service was having issues and to call a taxi and the company will cover it. We took a taxi and when we arrived, they stated "we don't pay for taxi's" and refused to pay. We then were greeted by a very hostile person who stated to follow her with no further direction. We waited on the beach for another hour for a jet ski. My boyfriend and I wanted to jetski separately but after an hour of waiting we said we would go together if that would speed up the process. we jet skied together for 10 minutes before being told to come back in. we then were shuffled into a small boat with again a very hostile person. The driving was so choppy that everyone on our boat (5 of us) felt motion sick and asked to be brought back. The guy was visibly annoyed stating "this happens every single time". That was it. We did not get to banana boat and there was absolutely no lunch. We basically paid almost $500 to jet ski for 10 minutes and waste five hours. 100% would not recommend.

Beats booking through the cruise line

We were told to be at the a Harley Davidson store at 11:45 to be picked up for our 12:00 excursion. We were literally waiting until 12:30 and not only did they not show, another driver called them and agreed to take us. Coming back we were given $24 to get back to the cruise port instead of being taken by the vendor. Once we got to the taxi, we were advised it $5/pp. meaning we were $6 short. The adventure itself is awesome, but the overall experience was frustrating and inconvenient as heck.

I read so many mixed reviews and was initially hesitant to purchase this package, but am I ever glad that I did! This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. We had a super positive customer service experience. The driver called twice the day of to confirm pickup time and location. We transitioned smoothly from one activity to the next, and when we were ready to return to our hotel we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this adventure!

This trip combined some of my favorite water activities. However, I didn't do the last two in order to get the best pictures of the experience for my family. A photographer would have been great.
