    The boat tour was okay, not spectacular. Too many people onboard and constant background music was a little irritating. Choice of courtesy shuttles at the end was a nice bonus.

    I had a blast from the time we pulled out u til we came back in. Helpful staff and lots of time to get those pictures taken. Loved the history narration by Michael. He was a hoot! Would recommend this as my kids enjoyed it as well!

    We had a good time on this tour, even though it was a rainy day. Our guide, Kevin, made it interesting and fun seeing some historic sites while visiting NYC. We enjoyed the cocktails and music on board. We would recommend this trip!

    We got tickets for 5 and had to wait a hour outside in the cold. Everyone got there around 4:30 and you do not get to get on the boat early. Once it was 5 they finally let the line start moving just to tell us they needed to go empty the toilets. This took 40 minutes which they told us it would only be 10 minutes. Also, one of the workers was getting frustrated because they were not communicating with us and was being rude when people asked what was taking so long. The event did not start until 6:00, so we waited for a hour in the cold. I would recommend going in the morning where the sun is out if they are going to be late every time. Poor Customer Service.

    Amazing trip! Highly recommend it if you get the chance. The views are incredible. The host and the people who run it are exceptional and go above and beyond to make every bit of the trip fun for everyone. Would do it again in a heart beat.

    The guide was very experienced and the views were extraordinary. It was educational and I enjoyed learning about the history of the city and its architecture. The constant asking of, “guess what?” became grating after the first 10 times.
