There are no reservations necessary from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, follow the signs to baggage claim & collect your luggage. Locate the Welcome Center near baggage claim and dial 18 from the courtesy phones located in the Welcome Center. Provide the customer service representative your name or booking confirmation number. Please have your confirmation email available in print or on your mobile device. Your driver will meet you at the Welcome Center. Please remain in that area.

Perfect organization of our transfer from JFK to the hotel in Manhattan. Although our flight had a delay of more than 2 hours the driver was waiting as announced and we got a perfect ride in a super clean SUV. Special thanks to our driver Akhter for waiting and first explanations about NYC during our trip. We can highly recommend this transfer - especially if you´re more than 2 persons.

Took 2 hours from JFK picking up multiple passengers from multiple terminals. Taxi driver announced it was our stop- we got out and he got our cases. My fiancé gave him a tip and then he told us our hotel was a block and a half away. He said it was easier to drop us there as he would have to go around and the traffic was bad. We had to walk with all our luggage and got lost. Would not recommend not the best start to our holiday.

Driver was great ! Communication with the office was difficult and unhelpful. Hard to locate driver at the pickup point. 30 minute wait to be picked up was unexpected.

the worst company can anyone use, it was extremely painful, i had to wait for two hours to be picked up. I did call the call center multiple times, only to get inaccurate answers. I was told by a welcome center staff at the airport, that this is the worse service, as there's not one day without problems. The driver is an elderly, who's a hard working citizen ( that's the reason I tipped him). He was frustrated with the call center. I was told the call center is located in Philippine, I do believe that as sound was extremely remote, i could barely here. at the end, it is not recommended at least at the current status.

Driver did not turn up as advised. We waited for 2hrs until we got our lift. Multiple calls with different advice given each time. Very unhelpful.

Waited 1,5 journalist on our prepaid trip. Next time I Will tanke a yellow cap, eventhough I should stand in Line, it Will be faster 😡

My exit from the airport was delayed. The transport accommodated me. There was good communication. I would recommend this.

This was not a pleasant experience. When I got to the welcome center at JFK airport, I talked to the personnel about where I am supposed to meet the Viator shuttle driver. She had no idea what I was talking about. I messaged Viator through the app And somebody called me back. The woman told me to wait inside the welcome center. That’s all she said. I did not know that she meant that there was a room to the right of the welcome desk and inside that room is a waiting area. I thought she met inside the barriers of the welcome center also inside meaning being inside the building instead of directly outside, which was just a few steps away. I was told I would have to wait for up to 45 minutes for the next ride. During that time, I approached a man that looked like he would be a driver because he had Somewhat of a uniform on I went up to him and asked him. Are you the driver for Viator. He told me no. I did not know at the time that the company Q link was the one providing the ride. That’s exactly what it said on his uniform. So a driver for Q Link did not know that people bought these rides through Viator and told me no. I waited for over an hour and a half until I finally got my ride. Never again will I use Viator for their shuttles or their tours that make you feel like you’re a cattle in a herd !

This was a disaster. Followed the instructions but there were no agents at the pick up. The phones didn’t work well and eventually got through to the desk. They said transport would be there soon. Waited an hour and then paid for a cab

Our flight arrived at 1:40pm and we didnt get to the hotel until gone 5:30pm. Ridiculous waiting times for the driver to even arrive and then just as we thought we were full, we waited another 20mins for some other travellers. Travel time to get to Manhattan just went up and up as we waited, as we edged closer to rush hour. So much for making the most of our first afternoon in the city! Extremely disappointed, we chose and paid for this service as it was supposed to be quicker and easier than the metro. Driver did drive fast but there was no strategy to the drop offs, taking us from a few blocks away to further and further away before coming back round to our hotel - wish we'd got out and walked in the torrential rain so that this experience was over quicker. Very very very unlikely to use this service again, would like a full refund.
