What To Expect

Enjoy an easy and economical departure from New York City with this private transfer service. A professional driver picks you up at your Manhattan hotel or residence and takes you directly to the airport of your choice—JFK International Airport (JFK), Newark International Airport (EWR), or La Guardia Airport (LGA). 

Travel in a comfortable sedan for up to three passengers, or a minivan or SUV for up to five passengers, then relax as your driver handles the traffic and delivers you and your luggage to the airport on time. Transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please provide accommodation and flight details when making your booking. Receive confirmation within 24 hours and a voucher to show the driver. It’s that simple!

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan.

  • The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier

  • For a Domestic flights, aim to be at the airport 2 hours before the flight leaves For a International flights, aim to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight leaves
  • Near public transportation
  • Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)
  • Infants must sit on laps

  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Service was good at the start of our trip but had to cancel my return transfer. Despite sending me a confirmation with the correct details I was concerned that something was not right and when I called the operator had all the wrong information including my intended destination and pick up time !! So disappointing

Weekend in NYC Midtown Manhattan

This was our first visit to NYC. I was nervous about transportation and was so lucky to have found Viator to help us with this. We used Viator for excursions as well as transportation to our hotel from JFK and back. Our drivers were on time and very professional and nice to talk to. The vehicles were exactly what we requested and very clean. Great experience!

Driver made us feel sick

This is a limo company that employs drivers who cannot drive. We had two near misses for erratic last minute lane changes. The driver also used Sat Nav rather than common sense, and parked in the wrong street for the pickup from our (very obvious) hotel in Times Square. But, the worst thing by far is that the driver was either on, or off, the accelerator 100% of the time, even in free-flowing traffic. It literally made us all sea-sick. How this guy has a taxi license I do not know. TRAIN THEM PROPERLY and TEST THEM!

Good driver but not an easy booking process

Toll and Tip

The pick up was fine we booked both ways paid £83. But each way we were charged another $34 for toll and tip I have travelled to NYC a good few times and had transfers but never been charged anymore money and I have always tipped the driver myself at my discretion. So a bit disappointed.

I was happy with the punctuality. I was disappointed with the car. I ordered a town car and a disheveled looking van showed up. I didn’t even realize it was my car. It was embarrassing. Also the driver did not help load the bags in the car but just sat in his seat. He had to get out to fold up the back seat for my daughter to sit in. He was noncommunicative the whole time. A recording kept going off saying it was recording us then it would stop and go again. It was really annoying. Then when we got to the airport he demanded tolls and tips. I said we already paid through the app but apparently you have to pay tolls after and he was very demanding about a tip when he didn’t do anything to deserve a tip….. I will not ever use this service again. Overall disappointing and upsetting.

Not worth the money. Stick to a yellow cab

Not worth the money, we got picked up in a lovely spacious SUV, that was great. When we were driving the driving totally avoided the toll road - that was fine. When we got to the airport he tried to add 35% gratuity as well as $23 for the toll- the toll that he never used! He refused to remove this and wouldn’t take the gratuity under 20%! What a rip off

Driver didn’t arrive at the appointed time. Had to ring operator who then dispatched a driver. The driver was excellent but the stress caused by the late arrival was a problem. I paid the extra amount to get proper service. Given the high cost of tolls, they should also be detailed up front.

Driver was rude when not provided a tip amount he wanted.

The driver was on time and got us to the airport as required safely. However on arriving when he requested payment for the tolls and tip, this is where the experience soured. We paid the tolls by eftpos and then the tip by cash. I paid a tip in cash of approximately 15% of the cost of our trip. The driver then went ballistic saying that the tip was not good enough and went into stating how the company he works for takes a large percentage of the fee and that we need to pay a tip of 20 to 30%. I offered to put an additional amount through eftpos (as I provided him with our remaining US cash on our departure from the US). He said that this is not possible and kept yelling at me. As there was no further way to resolve this, We exited the car and got our luggage and left. It was not the best way to end our NYC trip.

Worst experience with phone operator

Called company to have driver come earlier by a 1/2 hour, due to flight change and company told me NO! Had to pay 163.00 FOR Uber and after I was in my Uber the driver txt me to call him, when I spoke to the Driver from the company and told him what happen, he told me that he could have picked us up at 4am, the driver had indicated that this was the second time they had done this to him. So instead of the lady on the phone contacting the driver she cost me 163.00 and I lost out on the money I had already paid for my car, and the driver who just kept telling me he was sorry that they had done this to me. He was so apologetic; He had stated that he could have gotten us at 4am. This is NOT his fault. My driver's name was Arshad car # B609. This is not his fault this is a reflection on the company not contacting the driver to see if he could pick us up 30 mins early and to the rude lady on the phone that insisted that he could not, when in fact he told me he could have picked us up at 4am. Just a horrible last day with transportation! Now I'm out that 163.00 due to the lack of wanting to help a family get to the airport due to the flight time had changed and the awful lady on the phone that would not help me. I swear she wanted us to miss our plane!

Rude driver but reliable transportation

We were picked up at the correct time. (Much appreciated.) The driver called to say he was there and we walked out. We didn’t know which car he was in. He stayed in his car looking at his phone; he didn’t make an attempt to greet us or find us as we walked out. We couldn’t tell which one he was, so I called him back on the number he had just called me from. He stayed in his car watching me call him back, ignoring my call completely. We only knew it was him because I looked in his window and saw my number on his phone screen, actively trying to call him. He was overtly sick, gurgling stuffy nose, sniffing the entire time. It was clear he felt awful. He could speak some English (…some) but was not friendly. When we arrived at the airport, we gave him a $15 tip. He looked at us with his hand still extended and raising his eyebrows for more tip. We gave him $5 more but I’m still angry at myself that we did. It was effective in the sense that he got us to the airport. But his customer service was offensive. He couldn’t have cared less and wasn’t appreciative at all.
