Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Bad driver

Pickup and drop-off worked out well however driver was extremely rude, there was a car seat in the car which we did not request, front seat had alot of items on the floor which made me cram in just so I could fit properly in the seat, in the end driver became very rude about payment of tolls and extremely demanding regarding the tip. Other than the driver things worked out but the driver made it a horrible experience.

Absolutely awful experience, clueless, and unhelpful customer support, even through the staff in the Philipines is nice. On hold forever. Unable to help me. I finally found help with the American company they contacted with, not Viator. I would not recommend Viator at all. Customer service is not existent. .

Terminal # vs Outside Pickup Point #

Great Service! Very shorts wait time. Driver on time and loaded our luggage quickly. Because of the weather and the Terminal number (5) having the same number as the outsice pickup Position (5) and the baggage claim area. If was a little confusing to find us. But we got it resolved. For future travelers, insure you go out side and check the numners outside before calling or the driver calls you.

To expensive and dirty car

We had to wait quite a while until the driver came. Furthermore it has not been easy to find the pick up spot. The car has been dirty inside. After a short 'hello' the driver instructed us immediately how much tipp he wanted to have. Taking a Uber would have been the better option.

Transfer from JFK to Queens - a good choice for an airport transfer

You need to call for pick up. In 20 minutes the driver will appear with a table with your name on it. After pick up we reach destination in 45 minutes.

Horrible experience. First of all I was struck by the intense BO smell in the vehicle which made my stomach turn. At that point if it was not already paid for, without an option for a refund, I would have said no thanks. . Then the vehicle appeared to be held together with duck tape. It was so ragged. Next was the horrible driving. I know it’s NY and driving can be arduous, but this was a new level. Then there was the supposed lack of speaking English until it was time to hit me up for the 20% tip. Next time, I’m sticking with Uber or lift. So bad. Really. Thanks

Disappointed we had to wait for the car 30+ minutes. Prior to my flight departure I called to reconfirm the reservation twice and notified Carmel Limo that our flight would arrive at LA Guardia at 10:47pm. After we got our baggage I had to call 3 times before the car finally came 30 minutes later. I had expected better service.

The ride from hell

We were told we would have a 3:15 pm pick up at area K at La Guardia. WE didn’t get apick-up until after 4 pm after multiple calls to Carmel. Each call we had to explain the situation and give all the pertinent info again and again. I was told that they were trying to find a driver. Finally, I spoke with the dispatcher and the driver arrived. It took almost an hour waiting for the ride. The driver kept having problems with his GPS, but finally we arrived at our destination much later then expected. ( 1hour late) I have scheduled a ride back to the airport on Sat. I am concerned it will work out.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

After I had arrived and had my luggage, I called the company and let them know I was ready to be picked up and had my luggage. They told me there would be a 15 - 20 minute delay. After about 25 minutes, I got a call saying there was another delay and it would be another 20 minutes before I was picked up. After waiting over an hour, I again called the company and was informed that a car had not been assigned and they would not tell me how long it would be until a car would be assigned. I ended up getting an Uber that came showed up right away. If you decide to book this service after reading the reviews, just know that you are taking a risk and may be at the airport for hours waiting for someone to bother to pick you up.

Reasonably efficient, unexpectedly expensive

Pick-up required to call transport company after reaching the arrival hall, which is efficient since it is independent of the immigration procedure (which took over an hour in our case), unlike other transport companies that state that their driver will wait max 45 mins after arrival of the airplane. So well done on that. Getting the call through took too long, I had to listen to extensive advertisements before getting connected. Main disappointment was that I had to pay over 40$ on top of the pre-paid fare, which is way above the 20% (minimum) tip, without being offered a clear explanation of what that additional cost was.
