To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
No parking on site.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I gave myself a birthday present😍🎂🎉 I had promised my daughter a tour in New York five years ago. So I decided to give her this gift, on my 51st birthday. It was very pleasant to see the happiness stamped on her face. But it wasn't just my daughter, but my son-in-law and granddaughter too.😍 The most memorable thing during my ride was the pilot's smile. I think I fell in love.😍🥰🥂 I will definitely be back.

Waste of 400 dollars. Misleading description.

Over crowded and given an center seat with very limited outside view. The as350 helicopter has 4 across seating in the rear with the outside passengers blocking most of the window from the 2 inside passengers. The forward part of the helicopter had the pilot seat and 2 passenger seats squeezed in. Result was three heads blocking forward view from the rear seat. Waste of 400 dollars for my seat. Asked before our departure about seating next to a window and given the impression that each passenger would have a window for a view. Very dissatisfied with this trip.

It was a great experience, interesting narrative but the radio crackled a lot. Luckily we had a lovely sunshiny day after many days of rain. It was wonderful to join a family from the UK. If you want to see NYC in a hurry - this is a good bet.

Des vues magnifiques, le pilote était adorable et un très bon guide aussi. J’ai pas regardé combien de temps on a passé sur le ciel de New York, mais s’était suffisant pour voir tout ce qu’il était à voir.
