You have 30 days to visit the number of attractions you selected when booking, from two to 12. More than 100 museums, restaurants, tours, and more are available. Please note: Each attraction can only be visited once.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    My experience with the Viator purchase was extremely disappointing. Although the pass itself seemed fine, obtaining it through Viator turned out to be a nightmare. I acquired a 7-attraction flex pass for 2 adults, but upon receipt, only one code was provided. Despite the appearance of 2 codes, they were identical, causing significant complications during my visit to the One World Trade Center. The site required two distinct codes, and when I explained my situation, they insisted on having two codes. In the midst of this dilemma, I found myself standing at the ticket counter desperately attempting to contact Viator's customer service via WhatsApp. After enduring a frustrating 10-15 minute wait with no response, I reluctantly purchased an additional ticket to proceed with the tour. It was only 10 minutes into the tour when I finally received a response from customer service. Instead of enjoying the experience, I spent the next 30 minutes engrossed in a back-and-forth conversation on WhatsApp. At one point, I was even advised to call the local customer service which I refused because it would be expensive to call a US number from a UK mobile. Eventually, the customer service representative offered to refund one adult ticket, a resolution I reluctantly accepted. However, my relief was short-lived, as I later received an email stating that the refund would not be processed because I had already redeemed the pass at another site (Empire State Building). This news left me furious and exasperated. At that point, my frustration reached a boiling point, and for the sake of my own well-being and skyrocketing blood pressure, I decided to discontinue my pursuit of a resolution. Furthermore, the inconvenience persisted at other sites, where I had to consistently explain that the code was intended for two adults, creating an uncomfortable sense of attempting to 'cheat' the system. I strongly advise against purchasing this pass through Viator; instead, opt to buy directly from the sightseeing pass website.

    The ticketing process was not explained clearly for Empire State Building and one of the reservationist did not include the QR code when reserving a time which was required. I had to call back because our reservation was voided. I was using the Sighting Pass QR and not the secondary Empire State QR code which turned out to be primary.

    Empire state Building Beautiful views. The Viator ticket did not cover the entrance fee and I had to pay an extra $10. Wasn’t sure why.bought 2 pass and saw American Museum if Natural History. I also had to pay an extra $9 to include the Planaterium, otters Film and Sharks display.

    Passes got cancelled after 24 hours, I didn’t get to use the flex 7 activities as we could no longer access it from the app, avoid at all costs, also the Statue of Liberty ferry is not included with the flex pass.

    I purchased a flex pass for 5 attractions. I only used 1 on the first day and when I tried to access my ticket on the second day, they had cancelled it, leaving me in NYC having to to pay premium for the attractions we went to visit. Totally disgusting 😑

    The use of the sightseeing pass was a disaster - added the tickets to the Apple wallet and proceeded to go to use it for the 1st time at the Rockefeller Centre - they wouldn’t let me in as the qr code didn’t work - spent over an hour trying to sort it to no use - I had to go back to the hotel and find the printed tickets which was a job itself as the tickets were no longer available in the Viator app - I would avoid buying these again - oh just to add that I did contact Viator support and 4 days on, still no response

    Don't find out the hard way. Half of the activities are not available. Website information is inaccurate, misleading, outdated. Attraction ticketing and access is confusing. I should've paid attention to others' reviews.

    We spent the day with Jerry (driver) and Jack our guide - they are a great team. Jerry expertly manoeuvres the reasonably comfortable and v quiet 32 seat bus around NY’s streets and always seemed to get us close to where we needed to get on & off. It is important to remember this is a get on & off tour so you do a bit of sightseeing at key locations. Jack is extremely well informed and passionate about his city & shares a great deal of information. My favourite stop was Central Park & Strawberry Fields- we were lucky enough to have a busker singing “Imagine” while we were there. Definitely recommend this tour but doubt I would bring anyone younger than 14/15 as I think 6 hrs is too long for them.

    party of 10 spent £1000 on bus pass and other attractions. it did say we could use it at the empire state building, but on arrival we were refused. feel we spent money on things we couldnt access

    I paid for the 3 attraction pass, the empire state building doesn't accept it, nor does the candlelight catacomb tour. We didn't have time to find another 2 attractions that accepted it. HUGE waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!

    The pass was great - we chose the number of attractions we wanted to experience in the time we were in New York, without overdoing it. However, the one disappointment was that having enjoyed the downtown hop on-hopp off bus tour, we just missed the uptown bus and never saw one again that day, despite waiting for almost an hour at one stop.

    A great way to see and experience the sights, sounds and smells of New York City. Highly recommended as it's good value for money. Unfortunately, due to illness, I was unable to use all of my vouchers...I did contact Viator about this and they did say they would get back to me.
