    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    A wet way to start the morning

    The power of the water and wind from the falls was so exciting. Went with a great group of people from all different places and our tour guide. Nancy Dodge was wonderful and full of great information. Definitely would recommend this to anybody traveling in the area It should be on a bucket list for sure

    Fantastic, varied experience!!! My tour guide I believe his name was Ron was fantastic, I loved hearing the stories of the people in the past who tried crossing the falls and Niagara's history. This ticket gave us access to the boat trip and the tunnels behind the falls. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend

    Great tour! Mary was just wonderful! No issues with navigating lines, and despite less than ideal weather has a lovely time. Mary had great stories, clearly loves her job and so knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend!

    The tour was fantastic! Mary was wonderful! Our only negative was the unclear directions provided to meet the guide. Also, we were not told the name of the tour provider. Confusion regarding turning vouchers into tickets.

    Give the correct meeting location, it’s IMPORTANT!

    I would have given 5 stars, but the meeting location listed was WRONG! My wife and I walked and walked and thought we missed the tour, but thankfully the staff at the cruise was VERY nice and helped us locate the group. I was not happy about the wasted time, anxiety this caused, and the fact that my wife ended up with a sore ankle due to the unnecessary walking, but the tour was great! The guide was awesome and had some great fun facts

    Our tour was truly the highlight of our trip!! The tour guide Daniel had an awesome attitude and we could tell he loves doing what he does. It made it so worth it.
