Meet at 5920 Niagara Parkway- Niagara City Cruises Main Ticket Plaza. Look for the white sails beside the Zipline Tower. Your guide will be holding a Walks sign. Note: Please do not go down the elevator without your guide. This tour meets 15 minutes prior to the start time.

This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
Walks comply with all local government regulations. You may need to wear a mask or provide proof of vaccination to enter certain venues. Please refer to Canada government guidelines for the most up to date information.
There is no parking lot at the tour meeting location, however, there are a number of paid public parking areas within a 15 minute walk. Please arrive early and allow for time to find parking, as parking is limited near the Falls. We suggest paying for parking in advance by visiting the Niagara Parks Parking website
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great experience

This event was great and our guide "Gordon" was the best and has a teacher background and knowledgeable and gave insight along the way. The part that was missing was an outside observatory deck like 4 pictures as a close up overlook of the falls. That part did not happen and I am curious as to why?

Great guide

Guide was really nice and knowledgeable. Explained the history of the falls and surrounding areas and carried a folder to visually show us some of the things he was explaining! We loved the boat ride, expected more of the journey behind the falls but has nothing to do with the tour. We went in November and it was REALLY cold

This was just the best combination tour in Niagara Falls! I grew up in Ontario but was here from FL with friends to run the Niagara 1/2 Marathon. I chose this tour and recommended it to my friends and you did not disappoint. Mary was an awesome guide and has a gift for telling the history of the Falls as we experienced this exhilarating tour.......despite the inclement weather. Highly recommend.

This was also a very good experience. It was find and worth the money spent. I would definitely do it again. The boat ride is about 20-30 minutes. The walk was very long to get to the journey behind the falls, however the tour guide was awesome and knowledgeable about the Canadian history.
