Overview
Master your breath and go deeper into the underwater world on this 3-day Nusa Penida free-diving course—with a maximum of four students per instructor for rapid progression. Spend three days studying both theory and practice, and free diving both in a swimming pool and in the open ocean. Most students can descend to 50–65 feet (15–20 meters) and hold their breath for more than 2 minutes at the end.
