Our shuttle bus did not show up at our pick up spot at the Sheraton Waikiki.. we only had one day to explore and was left. Standard. I would like a refund for your no show.

Our driver was extremely courteous. Even though he was 20 mins late in picking us up from the hotel, he still us plenty of time in the end to shop because we were able to catch the later shuttle back to the hotel. Great day
