Antonio’s vast knowledge in mezcal farming, distilling and cultural history is so exciting to hear and learn. He tailors a tour to what you want to learn about as well so it made it even more special.
I learned the complexity and countless possibilities of mezcal flavor profiles that can be achieved from this tour. You will come out with even more appreciation for the art of making mezcal!!!
