I had the luck having Kendry as my driver and he was wonderful! He drove safely he also would tell me a pic worthy location was coming up so I can catch a pic/vid. He told me about some local places to stop by and he was just overal great! I really felt safe and comfortable with him!

Arrived late due to plane delays, but found the representative in the airport and she helped us reserve our return trip and find another employee outside the airport who arranged our bus. We did wait a short time for other passengers, but the Romeo, our driver, made sure we had everything we needed and we waited comfortably in the air conditioned bus. We had great conversation with Romeo on our way to Ocho Rios. We hit rush-hour traffic on our way, and arrived in the dark. Romeo had to get directions to our very hidden hotel, but he persevered and made sure we were at the right place and that our room was available for us. Thanks Romeo!!!

I checked in with the shared transfer company. I was told it would take about 20 minutes. It actually took over 1 1/2 because the bus never showed up. They did make a correction in getting a private transfer for another traveler and myself. Which I truly appreciate. However they have to do better going forward. The employees at mbj were so awesome and attentive in trying to fix this situation. They are the reason I would recommend this company because they worked hard to figure out and correct the situation.

I changed to a taxi at one of the hotels to complete my trip to my hotel The driver that I switched to was very good, courteous and assisted with luggage which was very nice.

It is exactly what you think it is. You are paying for very little, so you get very little. What is an hour and fifteen minute trip will take around four hours. They wait for the entire bus to fill up before leaving and then they stop at every resort on the way because someone in the bus will be going there. We arrived at the airport around noon, and then we got to the hotel just before 5pm having had no lunch and no water since getting off the plane. It was exhausting. If you want to be cheap, you’ll get cheap. We learned our lesson and booked private transportation for the return trip.

The driver arrived early as we were due to be picked up at 11.30am but he arrived at 11.15am. There was a slight problem with the names being mixed up but this was quickly sorted out by the driver.
The driver was friendly and kept us entertained the whole journey.
We arrived at mbj on time and in great spirits.
I would recommend this company.
