It was a comfortable ride to the hotel. Driver was great. Bus was clean and spacious. I mean really spacious lol. (All they had at the time was a whole tour bus so 11 people with a whole tour bus.

I spent $167 with this company for pick up and drop off. I was dropped off to my hotel and was told I will receive a pick up back to the airport when my trip is over, they gave me a time and everything. Turns out I never got my trip back to the airport, never received a response from this company and had to pay my hotel an extra $70 to drop me off.

The bus was a tour bus,...

The bus was a tour bus, it was big and comfy. It offered reclining seats and air conditioning. We traveled as a family of 13 and this was a perfect option to keep is all together. My children were excited to try jerk chicken the driver was spectacular he stopped at a roadside restaurant so we could try the local favorite. Our driver also gave us the history of the towns and buildings as we passed. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly on time.

Our driver was to arrive at 5:30am, the drive to the airport is/was 1 hour & 45 mins long. We'd have had plenty of time to arrive 3 hours before 10am flight back home (as recommended). I was informed shortly after 5am that the driver wouldn't arrive until after 6am. He arrived around 6:15am and proceeded to perform some GTA worthy antics to "make up time". He was constantly on the horn & made all of us very nervous.

Sean(Sjon) was a great Driver. He gave us history from the airport to Riu Ocho Rio. He did a pit stop for us and we enjoyed some Delicious Beef Patty. We were a group of 5. And they had to get a bigger vehicle which ended up being our own private Bus so we had a comfortable 1.5 hr(or 2) to our hotel. Would definitely recommend getting your own private transportation from this company.
