Bernard drove me from the airport in Montego Bay to Runaway Bay. Nice guy, good conversation, safe driver, clean vehicle, made good time...all in all, very positive.

don’t do it

i landed at 12. got to my hotel at 4. driver made us wait outside in heat for 1 hour then another hour inside his car with no real fan or AC for another hour, took two hours for the other people to get dropped off. simply not worth it. wish i could get a refund

They are showing a nice van & bus in their description, but what we were transported yesterday was an old van with diesel fuel smell and caused us to vomit and we got backache. The van had no Odometer and it was all shaking and it was a scary ride for almost 2 hours. The van they used is probably atleast 30 years old.

Horrible communication

I was never contacted by the tour operator Holiday Travel. I was calling them from 2 PM the day before pick up on April 10. Someone from their company finally got back to me at 8:06 AM to let me know that the shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 8 AM, this was clearly six minutes later and the shuttle arrived and left. This was the worst communication ever and this is not the way for them to do business. I ended up having to book something and spend $140.

Reliable and worth the money!

This transportation was easy to navigate leaving the airport. Unfortunately, it took a long time to depart the airport as we had to wait for other travelers. On the way back to the airport closing our stay, our driver arrived right on time and allowed us to change our pick-up location, which we greatly appreciated.

Outstanding Customer Care!!

Reception at airport was very smooth. Staff was welcoming and professional. Driver was friendly, helpful and informative with details about Jamaica as we traveled to our destination. The absolute best thing was the return trip to the airport - When the shuttle arrived early at our hotel, the staff told the driver that we had already checked out and left. He checked with multiple staff members, reported back to his main office and waited for confirmation. The shuttle dispatch called us directly and we were able to go out and meet up with the shuttle without further delay. We're very grateful that they didn't just believe the hotel staff and leave us behind.

We were Never picked up for a round trip had to pay $120 one way to no miss out flight

Booked a roundtrip to a hotel in Ocho Rios and was never picked up for my return trip back to the airport from my hotel. I called twice 24 hours in advance and tried to speak with Omar the operator but he hung up on us twice and we even tried having the hotel call them because we thought they would pick up from a local # but still no answer; even with the hotel calling . As a result we had to go with another local transportation the hotel called and had to pay $120 one way . I was very disappointed and want to refund for my purchase that was not given/provided after paying for it in full!

Airport transfer

My flight from Montego Bay was 12 pm and the agent told me that my pick up was 6 am. I called and asked for a later pick up since we would be waiting almost 5 hours before the flight, the agent promised to call me back to let me know if the change was possible I called twice and spoke to omar who promised he would call back by 5 pm. No one ever returned my call and at 9:15 pm, I received a text that they were unable to change the time. We ended up booking something else
