- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Mark was a great guide. Beautiful place to visit with a guy who made the day awesome. On time with pick up. Mark very patient we me due too my leg issues, he made sure I got to see everything thank you very much

Great tour. Loved the sights. Our tour guide (Mark) was fantastic. Loved the music. Only wish we had more time so we can stop at the beach (as advertised).

Tour was good.
I appreciate the need to move people around to accommodate people who have difficulties, but moving someone stuff without asking is not okay. We would have gladly moved if asked.
Same with an unscheduled stop to allow a couple to order food. I am diabetic so the unannounced delay was a small problem.
The tour guide was friendly and informative and we did enjoy the tour.

Hugo was an excellent guide. He made this tour an unforgettable experience with his knowledge and wonderful personality. He went above and beyond making our time in Aruba more than enjoyable. This was more like a private tour because of Hugo going out of his way to help his guests and make them feel at home on this special island. We would recommend this tour wholeheartedly to anyone.

Great half day tour. Hugo was our driver and tour guide, superb guy who was very entertaining and clearly loves his island.

The tour guide which was also the driver was very pleasant and wonderful. Trying to book this was a disaster. The company kept insisting waivers were not filled out which they were, told to wait outside 9:45, they arrived at 10:30. We really weren't sure they were coming because we kept hearing we hadn't filled out the waivers. Then the beach that we were very interested in instead of 40 minutes was 20 minutes and no changing area. The home office needs to get their act together. The guide did provide water and then cookies at the end which was nice.

This shore excursion is a great way to see Aruba but there were several glitches. No specific pick-up place was noted from either Viator or the vendor. For anyone taking this trip, the pick-up point is the Citgo gas station across from the pier. Brian, our driver and guide was friendly and informative if you asked him questions. There was minimal to no dialogue to inform us of the wonderful people and history of Aruba. Note: as most vehicles are open-air buses, this one was no exception exception it was in terrible condition. Seats were torn, broken, and missing. Brian had to jump start the bus many times so the mechanical issues is a consideration for this vendor. Since this was our second visit to Aruba, this excursion filled the bill on seeing the "happy island."
