    We loved seeing the castle and the restaurant booked by Nana was 1st class! Nana’s English was very good and could explain everything clearly!
    Not what I expected or what was advertised

    You know that you have a problem when the driver states that he has been to Himeji Castle only one time before. (I am not even mentioning that the ride was an hour and half late.) This was the entire point of my visit. The best that I can say is that he made an effort.

We hope we could receive your booking earlier to be able to make plan and manage the tour well for you. We received your booking 90 minutes before the tour start. Our staff called and informed you that it will take at least 90 minutes for our driver to arrive at your hotel. The staff also made it clear over the phone that if you cannot wait, we were okay to refund 100%. Our office is based in Osaka. Upon the agreement, our driver headed directly to Kobe as soon as we could. During this time, our staff tried to suggest draft itinerary without any information about your travel preferences or specific requests. We regret that you are not happy with our service but we already tried our best at that time. Best regards,
