Our tour guide Anne was...
Our tour guide Anne was so nice and helpful for our tour. She had lived in Buffalo previously, which is very close to where we are from in Rochester NY! Great English speaking skills and made sure we all tried the foods we wanted to find. She also brought hand wipes to help us after eating the messier foods! Thank you Anne!

Getting to know local food scene and its heritage
Hikaru was easy to understand was very knowledgeable about japanese food and culture. He was also very approachabl. The food presented to us was delicious. Would have never been able to try the different food without hikaru introducing the food/ingredients to us. He even offered dinner recommendations for a good wagyu place which was great
