It is located 2 stations by train from "Namba", the center of Osaka. A taxi will get you there in about 5 minutes. There are few tourists, and it will be an area where locals live. It is on the first floor of the IBP building.

Chef Shu was funny and friendly. He made our kids laugh and made us all feel welcome in his restaurant. We took turns creating our selected ramen (the ramen base is prepared beforehand as it requires hours of laborious cooking). Truly a memorable experience for our family. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience! The ramen was delicious, and the host family are a gem. The explanation of ramen making was very detailed, I now have a newfound appreciation of the effort that's required to create such delicacy. Highly recommend this ramen class to everyone visiting Osaka! Shu-san and his family are very welcoming, I was really happy to meet them. しゅさん、ありがとうございました!

Fun for all

My husband and I went here with our 8-year old son and we all had such a fun time. The chef was so welcoming and so good with my son. We all enjoyed the chance to make our own ramen, see the process, and of course, try some ramen!

A must do when in Osaka, the whole family get involved (in the night class) and a great night. Ramen absolutely delicious, choice of 4 ramen to make and a standard ramen serve. Was made to feel like family, would do again and patronise the shop next visit.

Highly recommend this experience to anyone, even vegetarians!

Highly recommend this experience for anyone who wants to learn how ramen is prepared, loves to eat ramen or is just overall looking for a fun experience learning from a very knowledgeable ramen chef and his son. The host and his son were incredibly kind, funny, and spoke great english. They were more than willing to accommodate one of the guests who had dietary restriction and was vegetarian with an equally as delicious meal. I'll be recommending this experience to anyone traveling to Osaka, Japan in the future. Thank you again to the hosts for the wonderful experience you provided my family their first time in Japan!

We had such a lovely time learning how to cook ramen with a lovely instructor. My husband and I got lucky that the class was with just us two. It made the experience more personal. We really enjoyed learning about all the hard work that goes into making ramen 🍜 we loved that the restaurant was used as a space for us to go behind and cook the ramen ourselves. The host and his family are lovely people and we really enjoyed meeting them and spending time with them during our trip to Osaka 💚🍜

Mr Haneda pick me up at the hotel, because the resto Closed!!! I'm the Only Student!!! Even he got the duty to pick up his kids/boys from school first. His youngest son became a cameraman, taking the picture of the Ramen being prepared n ate. Mr Haneda n his two boys, take me back to my hotel. Very thoughtful n kind of him to do so. HB

Experience what it's like to work in a ramen shop!

A really great and fun experience! The master is very friendly and I felt the length of time was just right. We didn't want to do an extended ramen making class since there's no way to achieve the complexity of the broth in such a short amount of time. This was more an overview and introduction to the inner workings of a ramen shop. We would highly recommend this experience if you'd like to see how a ramen shop works and interact with a team that does this for a living. The ramen is also delicious!

Imparare a cucinare i ramen in un piccolo ristorante insieme al proprietario, dolcissimo, molto disponibile è stata una bellissima espeienza! Eravamo in 3 io, mio marito e mia figlia di 8 anni ...ognuno ha scelto la sua versione di noodles e relativa ricetta, abbiamo cucinato e poi anche mangiato quanto preparato. Da fare!
