- Navajo Parks & Rec office: people who may not be physically capable of completing the hiking required during the tour or pregnant are not allowed to participate.
- No Tripods, monopods, quadcopters or bags of all kinds are permitted during the guided tour. Please leave them at your vehicle.

Excellent tour, La La was very good guide. This place is so beautiful. Many varieties of light on the sandstone. Highly recommend.

I found that you extremely over charged me. $ 398 for a tour you offered at around $ 250. When I made an amendment to the tour I was asked to add $ 200 more, above the $198. At the time I made the amendment, I could have cancelled the original reservation without a penalty. You told me the the new tour cost more. $200 more???!!!
I’m continuous customer of Viator. I doubt if I continue to use your services. I’m not going to recommend others to use it.

We loved our guide, Mariah… she passed on key photo tips and educated us on the Dine (Navajo) people along the way. Upper Antelope Canyon is a special place. Highly recommend!

The best part was seeing these swirling walls up close! Guide was good, but we didn’t see any reason for having to be there almost an hour early. The worst part was booking through Viator. There were confusing emails and, we never given specific instructions about where to meet until the day before.

They cancelled on us day before, late afternoon. Their reason was they were canceling all morning tours because of the eclipse and their tradition. I respect the tradition, but they knew the eclipse was taking place that day. It was deceptive and we would’ve rearranged our trip to do it another day. We could not book another day due to airline tickets. At least I got a full refund.

Our Guide Mariah was wonderful in bringing the sacred meaning of this place to life. She also was very attentive to my husband who has physical disabilities.
The one downside was that it was crowded and hard to get photos in that didn’t have other tour members in it. Our guide tried her best to get each of us a photo or two. She also will help you get the right setting in your phone or camera. iPhone, set the filter to livid warm!

We had an amazing time on our tour of Upper Antelope Canyon. Our guide Tyrone was extremely knowledgeable and helped us get some absolutely amazing photos. I would book directly through the tour company in the future, however, to avoid higher costs. Regardless, the experience is well worth the money.
