Our tour guide, Frank was incredible. His knowledge of the Canyon and its popular attractions was incredible. He also showed everyone settings on our iPhones that made for incredible photos of the Canyons features.
    Viator overcharged for the booking.
    Barbara_S, Apr 2024
Tour was great, however Viator charged us $398 for a 2-person tour that we could have booked with the tour operator for $200 total. Am in the process of submitting a request for reimbursement of the difference through Viator's price guarantee. VIator did not offer this option during my initial telephone query regarding the cost difference, I was told that they would not make any adjustment in price. Bad experience with customer service.

Landscape amazed & overwhelmed the sea of camera people flowing through & the new guide with nothing to say. Tribe should train guides before sending them to lead tours.
Worth the drive the to Page.
    Leo_C, Apr 2024
The guide was friendly and helped take pictures of the formations for us and pictures of us as well. The slot canyons are a unique experience; they are very different than the Grand Canyon and Sedona,
Upper Antelope Valley tour was wonderful!
    James_A, Apr 2024
The tour was absolutely fantastic! The sites inside the canyon were truly spectacular and will provide a lifetime of memories. Our tour guide, Dana, was super informative, funny, helpful, and made the tour perfect!
    A scam
    Steve_J, Apr 2024
The Navajo tour was good. Charging us twice the walk in price is crap. Reservations using the Navajo web site would have been half of what you jerks charged us. I will tell all my Facebook friends your injustice.
    Great Navajo Guide

Stunning place. It’s incredible what water can do. Definitely not worth the price but our guide was fabulous. She provided facts and stories about the canyon. She even took our cell cameras and shot great pics of us and gave photo tips.
This is a Must See to believe the beauty!
    Richard_K, Apr 2024
Our guide was awesome, he shared lots of information about the Canyon and the Navajo people he said he was the 48 generation. The Canyon is so beautiful and inspiring, I felt like a little kid with eyes of wonder. We are so glad we were able to see the Canyon.
Wonderful experience with a fabulous guide

    Viator over charge by 59%
    Rabi_G, Apr 2024
Viator charged me $119, when the actual price on site was $80. When I reached there , they did not find my reservation, had to call few middleman to sort things out. I understand viator may be charging few dollars more , but not 50% more when it was not sold out or there was no rush. Will not from viator in future.
    North antelope Canyon
    Erica_M, Apr 2024
Despite the courteous staff, the trek from Sedona is substantial, and the sheer number of visitors can make it feel somewhat impersonal. However, the captivating experience within the canyon itself makes it a worthwhile journey, allowing for ample opportunities for stunning photographs once the crowds thin out through the canyon.
!!!PLEASE AVOID MAKING RESERVATIONS VIA VIATOR!!!
    Mukesh_N, Apr 2024
This is not a review of the tour experience, but a rating of the experience of making a reservation via Viator. The tour company was great and we had a wonderful experience. Viator charged us $125 per member of our party if four. On arriving at office if the tour operator, I noticed that the cost per person was advertised as $80. I understand that companies that help with reservations tend to add a service charger (e.g. Ticket Master), but a 50% charge is exorbitant!! On returning from the trip, I learned from a friend that they had the same experience of Viator charging a steep markup. On contacting Viator, I was told there is nothing they could do, as we were outside the 48 hour ‘Price Guarantee’ window. Lesson learned - I will avoid Viator in future, my experience and my friends’ uhas led me to believe that Viator is indulging in widespread price gouging, putting the onus on the customer to catch them in the act.
    One of a Lifetime Experience
    Nathalie_S, Apr 2024
Frank our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and humble. He took his time with us. Showed us how to take the best pictures. Gave us a history line of the canyon. Took good care of every member of our group. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you Navajo People for sharing this gem with the rest of the world.
Tour was good but company troubled us as we arrived 5 minutes late . They were rude
    Saikumar_K, Apr 2024
We arrived 5 minutes late from checkout time and they cancelled the reservation. We booked via 3rd party and they have not picked the phone when we called them in inform that we could not find address and we will be late .. after requesting multiple times , they accommodate 3:25 trip which resulted us to stay the whole day . The most pathetic aspect is , they had tickets which were not sold for 11, 1 but they dint wanted to accommodate as they want to sell them for cash …. Front desk was super rude ..
Save money, book direct with Navajo Tours.
    Debra_K, Apr 2024
The Antelope Canyon was absolutely amazing. So glad we did it. HOWEVER, if you go book directly with Navajo tours. The exact same tour will cost $120 for the 11:40 time slot as compared with Viator at $199. If Viator was offering something additionally, perhaps it would be worth it but in this particular tour they are not. You can even get tours for $125 and $149 which offer van options. So definitely go. It’s amazing BUT do not book through Viator for this tour.
    Antelope Canyon Great Tour
    Jean_L, Apr 2024
The Antelope Canyon Tour guide was great! His experience of 10 years was evident as he pointed out unique areas and colors in the canyon. He also adjusted our cameras to get the best lighting in certain areas. Very professional and friendly.
