    The charge was double
    Joanna_W, Feb 2024
For the rate we paid through Viator I expected more. We arrived at the site to find we paid almost double for the same tour as they charge locally. Quite possibly will never trust your site again.
    A Different World
    David_R, Feb 2024
The canyons were incredible. The same as it was 30 years ago. The guides were extremely helpful with information and photos. At the lower canyon there were more groups and would prefer more time. Felt a little rushed. Showing photos of your confirmation for both canyons went very well. The lower canyon was much more difficult to maneuver with very steep (and small) steps. If customers are not fit or have injuries, I highly recommend the upper canyon. The stairs and elevation changes are much easier to maneuver than the lower canyon. The upper canyon walls average 5-8 feet apart and the lower canyon walls are much narrower. Thanks for making the ticketing so easy. Dave

    Rip off price
    ikhwan_k, Feb 2024
it is an amazing scenery inside of the canyon. The only issue is that this tourist company charged a double price for our couple. The entrance fee is $80.00/person. This tourist company charged $333 for two, which was more than double. It is a kind of rip off. Furthermore, this company did not allow us to cancel the tour when we realized the rip off price. Viator should not use this company any more. Thank you.

    Management is Greedy!
    FabianGuerra, Jan 2024
The Antelope Canyons were amazing and the tour guide was phenomenal but unfortunately the management that run some of the tours shouldn’t be. They made me pay over $100 for my 7 month year old daughter as a participator because she was another person. She didn’t take up another seat in the van and she was on us the whole time. They said they charge cause it’s a liability but it looked polite it was just to make more money. Mind you I can comfortably afford it but it’s just not a solid reason.
Viator is fake, don't use it. They take your money and is not a good third party to get your tour set up through. Custom

Viator is fake, don't use it. They take your money and is not a good third party to get your tour set up through. Customer service is extremely bad and once they get your money, they disappear on you. It's was the worst experience for me and my family. I have a dispute open to get my money back from them.

    John_A, Jan 2024
The canyon and the guide were excellent. However, we paid $388 for two tickets on Viator, but when we got to the location, the tickets were only $80 for each adult. I have asked for a itemized receipt, but I’m not received it from Viator or it’s vendor.

Must see place. But never through viator. The actual tour charge is $80 all inclusive per person. For 3 person instead of $240 viator charged me $567 this is daylight robbery. Iam requesting viator to refund me money. I can understand a nominal fee but this is unimaginable. I will update

Should not offer this late time, too dark disappointing. Could not see color and curve lines in the rock.

Dear customer, Thanks for your feedback. The view of Antelope Canyon is influenced by light. As a result, we close slots for 4pm and later time during the winter. Usually, the view on 4pm in winter is good. We will continue to improve our travel experience in winter. Thank you for visiting.

Don’t buy any tickets for her, I pay online per person 125$ and the ticket there is 80$ only. If you don’t go in middle of the season just walk in is cheaper
