Learn all about French wine on this small-group, guided tour right in the heart of Paris. Sample around six to seven French wines in an unpretentious atmosphere with a charismatic guide. Discuss which are your favorites with your small group as your French sommelier guide explains each one. Plan on around two hours for this tour, leaving the rest of the day free for other activities.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

What a fantastic teacher! We learned so much about international wine history in a fun environment. This tour was well-worth it. The wines and cheeses we sampled were delicious. I would actually book this tour again someday.

this was a wonderful adventure. Our somelier, Nico, was very knowledgeable and he had a wonderful personality. We felt like we were at home and he explained everything perfectly. The wines were outstanding and I would highly recommend this adventure.

Our host is a walking encyclopedia. The guy's knowledge about wines, cheese, geography, history and tastes is unmeasured. We consider ourselves lucky to have someone like Nicolas to answer our questions.

A wonderful experience with incredible wine and cheese pairings. The guide was excellent and knowledgeable. It was very relaxed, but informative. Would recommend if you were to learn more about French wines and taste some really great wines.

The wine flowed freely, more than I could drink. Knowledge about wine was extensive. The cheese was awesome. Only complaint is I had difficulty understanding the heavy accent.

The wine shop folks never showed up and none of us waiting for 30 minutes after the start time were informed of a change in plans. They didn’t respond to messages or answer phones. Go elsewhere for wine tasting. You can’t count on this shop.

This was a very intimate and unique setting with the host. It wasn't scripted and the host let you have a choice of the wines. We had a great time and would definitely recommend, this activity is one that we won't forget.

Very knowledgeable when it comes to wine but didn’t enjoy my experience. Very opinionated when it came to Americans, I did not book for his personal opinions/ knowledge about anything other than wine! Very intense class room like experience. Tried to say he was honest when he was flat out rude. Would not recommend.

This was the best wine tasting experience we had during our trip to Paris. Nico was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable about each of the wines we tasted. The pace of the experience was just right balancing it well between the 7 wines and providing time to ask as many questions as the group had. I would highly recommend this experience to any person that loves wine and wants to learn more about what makes each wine unique and tasty.

Incredible experience! I learned so much, and this wasn’t my first wine tasting. Nicholas is funny and a really good teacher. Loved the cheese pairings. I discovered some new wine varieties and made new friends. I would book this again.

What a fantastic experience! We laughed (at our inability to identify the color of the white wines), we cried (in happiness at the yummy wines, breads and cheeses). Our host was so kind and engaging. This isn’t just about getting a good wine buzz! It’s about learning a good deal about wince while getting a good wine buzz. (Oh and the bread and cheese was dinner for us! We don’t eat huge meals and it was perfect!) Many thanks!!!
